They don't have the clothing organized by types anymore, only sizes. So if you want a tank top, you're looking through thousands of other shirts that could be sweaters or hoodies or t-shirts, etc. this is the only thrift store I've ever seen that doesn't organize by style. It's literally the least you can do when your inventory is donated. And the prices are too high for used items! I've gone into this Goodwill and have seen their price tags on items being higher than the original store tags!! Whoever manages this store needs to get it together and bring back the organized sections by type of clothing & sizes!

As of 2024, they no longer provide tax slips. Went the earlier last year and donated several boxes of items and was told that the new QR code would send a tax receipt to email. Nope, that was a lie. I'll find another charity to donate to. Maybe one that actually donates the items to those in need and not resells it for their own profit.

It's Goodwill. Bring a tape measure, know what you need, but be open to luck

I was pleasantly surprised by this goodwill. I am from out of state and like going to different goodwills to see what they are like. Here is the rundown.
-no returns
-has fitting rooms
-nice big store
-dimly lit
-only a few registers
-prices are higher than where I’m from
-had a decent selection of everything
-aisles are labeled so you can find things easily
This wasn’t the best goodwill I’ve been to but it is far from the worst. I would recommend shopping here.

For years, I have occasionally donated my used clothing and housewares and shopped at this Goodwill thrift store. The employees promptly and politely accepted my donations and rang up my purchase. I do not find many used goods that I like, but I do find some, and they are priced lowly. For example, a shirt or a pair of shorts costs several dollars.

Cleanest of the goodwills pgh area. Employees are ok. But suffers from same sporadic spastic pricing goodwills seems to be coming up with these days. Walmart brands being charged same price as new when used and donated is wild. Also really sucks they no longer do color coded discount days

This is my absolute favorite Goodwill and I've been to many. The staff is AWESOME. I'm very happy that they will now price things at the register if you find something with no price sticker. I have found so many beautiful "treasures" here including designer purses, clothing, shoes, jackets, cool furniture, and even great children's items. I think the pricing is fair and reasonable. Mondays are my favorite because seniors get 25% off! Check out the color of the week for a discount, and allow yourself enough time to browse. Catch the carts when they come out of the back door. ;) Thank you Robinson Goodwill for a wonderful shopping experience. (photos are of some of my recent treasure finds!)

A good place to thrift clothes. Though I personal don't think they update items often (maybe once a week?). Not too much furniture and home items. Dressing rooms are available to try on cloths. There is a big mirror in both dressing rooms to see yourself. There are also public restrooms at this location that are clean. This location has a drive thru donation center.

I get it; the item I wanted didn’t have a price, therefore I couldn’t buy it. What didn’t make sense was that I had the same item in a different color. It has a price! Why can’t you just use the same price for both? I’m not trying to pull a fast one. The item was only $4.99!

I was at this goodwill and they have an employee there by the name of Tyler. His attitude was terrible. He acted like speaking to me was a burden. I will never return.
