I can't believe the attitude and the rudeness of both individuals. As a small business owner I'm appalled at what I just experienced, never shop there ever.

Lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

I called to make an appointment and he couldn’t have been more condescending. I hung up and will not be going there- even though I was prepared to spend a lot of money.

We are a factory authorized showroom or sales rep for over 120 hardware and plumbing lines, of which over 98 are made in the US or Europe. Originally located in Sewickley since 2004, we moved in 2015 to the Pittsburgh's West End to a much larger and accessible facility approx one mile from downtown Pittsburgh. Appointments requested.
