The Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/West Mifflin is noted for its good location, comfortable beds, and generally welcoming and helpful staff. Many guests feel safe staying here and appreciate the proximity to various food places. The complimentary breakfast is often described as great or adequate, with free cookies as a plus, though some note it can run out of items early and the seating area may not be clean. Feedback on cleanliness is mixed. While some find their rooms clean and well-equipped, others report significant issues such as dusty rooms, unclean bathrooms, shower mold, items left on the floor, and dirty or missing remote controls. A common point of dissatisfaction is the housekeeping policy, as rooms are not cleaned daily and fresh towels often require a request. The hotel is acknowledged as being a little dated, with mentions of peeling paint and rooms needing technological updates, notably a lack of accessible outlets and USB chargers. Noise from both highway traffic and other guests can occasionally disrupt stays. Despite ongoing renovations, which are managed considerately, the overall experience varies, with the polite staff frequently highlighted as a consistent positive aspect.
Clean room, kind staff, clear communication, easy to get to, breakfast, hot showers with great pressure. I will 100% stay with them again🙂

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were to soft in my personal opinion. Restroom was clean also. Plenty of parking space in the parking lot. Overall a decent choice.
