Hieber's Pharmacy is an extremely helpful and convenient pharmacy in Oakland. The staff is amazing, expert, and truly amazing, running like a well-oiled machine. They are prompt, easy to work with, and very helpful for stressful situations like vaccines. They competently handle complex needs like life-saving compounded medications for pets and people, working directly with insurance. The pharmacy offers great pickup options, including a convenient back-door pickup to avoid parking issues, quick time slots, and same-day openings. Their phone app works perfectly. Customers find it a wonderful alternative to large chain pharmacies.
i get super stressed out getting vaccines, and they were extremely helpful to calm me down! if shots scare you go here! they also have quick 10 minute time slots and often openings the day of which is wonderful.

This pharmacy is the only one in the world who would make my sons life-saving compound medication. Rosemary personally sat on a 3-way call with my insurance provided social worker to ensure my son received the medicine he needed. Truly amazing staff and pharmacy!
