Laura who works there helped me when my account was compromised. Always with prompt call backs, great understanding of everything, and overall excellent service. Really great at her job. Need more people like her that’s for sure.

Never have had a problem with anybody at the bank. They all have great customer service. I recommend this bank.

If you plan on making a quick deposit Inside. It's not going to be quick at all! You'll be waiting QUITE A WHILE! There are ONLY 2 tellers in there. And all they do is talk and try to convince you to get a credit card. Service is slow and I'm switching to PNC and closing that account tomorrow.
