Mike helped me with product selection and his crew was very particular about the installation and were careful to clean up after themselves. “Wow the selection, price, and different sizes were quite impressive. Also, the staff was super friendly. Making a Jamacian Stew Chicken and couldn't find Allspice Seeds (pimento seeds) anywhere in my local grocery stores. They had it in stock.”
“I got these really cute dotted cups/ martini cups that I'm gonna use as ice cream bowls that are sold at Anthropologie for so cheap! We also bought some bug spray and realized the spray nozzle is broken when we got home... grrr. The cashier was very nice. This store is a hit or miss. Look at the kitchen and rug section and avoid the others”
“I have been working with Bonnie from BKG for months on designing my dream kitchen! She has made it very smooth and easy from design and layout to picking out colors. “My fiancé and I had a great experience dealing with the Manager, Taylor, and another brunette sales associate, whom I forget her name. Overall the store is great from the selections to the sales associates. We had a few items to return from our wedding registry and Taylor and the other associate assisted us.- 10/10 for customer service and patience with our returns!While customer service was great, I’d give a -10/10 for their return policy. First of all, we were returning gifts from our registry and what a pain that was. I now have 3 e-Gift cards in my email because they don’t give you a plastic card, and return every item individually. Something to also keep in mind is that you NEED A RECEIPT. A lot of friends/family bought items additionally not from our registry and didn’t provide a receipt and Williams-Sonoma won’t return it without one, even with the tags on. That’s an issue for corporate though but something to keep in mind when shopping for a gift from there.Although they have one of the worst return policies, Taylor and the other associate were so kind and patient and helped us with our registry. Very thankful they took the time to assist us!”

They have a great selection of lumber and trim and moulding. They have a higher end selection of doors and windows and lumber than your traditional big box stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot I am very impressed with how my front entry door still looks after 3 1/2 years. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.”
