“I worked with Minh to get a custom tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. The entire process was seamless, enjoyable and Minh is a master at what he does! The suit fit perfectly and I highly recommend Minh and Surmesur! They also do custom dress shirts and custom shoes, which was a nice addition. I will definitely be back!”

“Wonderful lab. Very small and intimate feel but every employee I've talked to has been super nice and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and the scans and development is always great. Best I've got from any local lab. And their film prices are wayyy cheaper than any other photo store I've been too. (But still a bit above internet pricing, but what can you do). I trust them completely with all my film dev and know it's going to be great every time. Also their support rules cuz I had to reach out via email about some order changes and they not only easily remedied it but also answered me on a day the store was supposed to be closed! Above and beyond!”

“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”

“It is amazing how many different things can be in one store that isn't super size. This is it. Camping, canoeing, hiking , running, fishing,..yes it's all here. And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.”

“I had been to multiple stores looking for white mount lebanon t-shirts that my daughters needed with no luck. The gentleman at the store went digging through all his inventory to find something that would work. They don’t have shirts in stock so I went to get them and they fixed them up for me for free with an old patch they had. Super kind to go out of their way and thoughtful; helped me out in a pinch. I’ll be buying shirts from them for sure.”

“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”
“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “I had bought work pants there in December. I wore them quite often and unfortunately they decided to blow out at the stitching a few days ago. I kept my receipt because of the No Bull guarantee. I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.”
