They acted like they didn’t want my money. I asked if I could have the outfit on the mannequin and they wouldn’t accommodate. They all just stand around talking to each other and their friends. I’ve spent hundreds here. I’ll never shop there again.

Stopped by otw to Erie for work. Waiting for my Tesla charger and noticed DTLR! Went in and found something I like as always and the staff were extremely friendly and asked if I needed help. 10/10

Ok spot with a large selection of merch. Customer service needs to be better. Associates should not be on cell phones or staring off into space while customers are waiting for help.
