Right now my review would be ZERO stars but you have to give at least 1 star to post a review.I ordered replacement parts for a Newstripe Aerosol can disposal- apparently it wasn’t in stock. The website doesn’t tell you that. After a week - I had to call in 4 times to finally get a real person on the phone only to be told it’s not in stock - could be 7-10 biz days until they get it - and then maybe 3 days after that, it might arrive.I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company. It’s be almost 3 weeks and I still don’t have my parts and they don’t communicate well.

Sold me equipment but then disappeared. Tried emailing and texting with no response. Delivery company never communicated, it was frustrating.

Availability of parts very good the fact that parts prepared for shipment sat on a shipment shelf for 9 days was a tad perturbing. Took a phone call to get things moving. Otherwise kudos.

As a former business owner, I don't like to complain about unacceptable service, but in this case I believe the owner should be made aware of the shortcomings in his service team, website and order processing system. I found the drawer slides I was looking for on their website. They were not in stock and I asked to be notified when they were available. I received an email on January 30 that they were in stock and placed an order (#123363). Nine days later (2/7), after not receiving any product or notification, I emailed the company and in a follow up phone call with John in support the next day, I was told that the product was on-hand at their supplier (and not in their stock) and their computer system was updated by the status at the supplier. Apparently this unusual practice (my business was selling and implementing ERP systems. I had hundreds of clients and never saw this practice) is the reason that they say you might need to wait 6-9 business days for shipment. I was told (in writing) it was due to arrive on 2/12 and would be shipped overnight at their expense for the inconvenience. I was also told that I would receive a notification of shipment and tracking information when it shipped. On 2/15, after hearing nothing once again, I emailed the company for an update. The next day(2/16) I finally called the company and was told that the part had just been received (I am skeptical of that coincidence) and would be shipped overnight. The next day (2/17) as I was awaiting my overnight shipment, I went to the tracking system to find out it was coming on 2/20, apparently by UPS ground which was the last straw to make me write this.

Good parts great shipping and just as advertised but unfortunately I did find the item elsewhere for a lot less after my purchase.
