Planet Fitness is a gym that provides a welcoming space for everyone in a Judgement Free Zone. It has many locations with reasonable costs and friendly staff. The gym is a great place for anyone, with all levels of athleticism, where members are respectful of each other and everyone is welcome. However, some specific locations have significant issues. One location has old, outdated equipment that is breaking down and often filthy. It has older model machines that are bigger, clunkier, and lack features. Some equipment is broken and needs repair or replacement, and other machines are simply very dirty. The general hygiene and low standards are a concern, with reports of a filthy men's bathroom. This location is missing equipment, like free resistance bands, that other locations have. Staff behavior can also be inconsistent. At one location, the staff almost never smiles or gives much eye contact, with many young people spending a lot of time on their cell phones. There are reports of staff having friends or children behind the counter. In contrast, other locations have very helpful and nice staff. While some locations are very clean and nice, others are described as extremely terrible with ignorant staff, where management does not care. The best location is noted for having the best machines and massage equipment.
Great Planet Fitness. Plenty of space, kettlebell and racks for bodyweight exercises. Large, clean locker room.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile from both Ireland and othello. They were very welcoming and made my workout experience so much better. They are two of the best workers ive met and I’ve been to many planet fitness. Would recommend anyone to visit
