Some employees of this branch don't know how to talk to their customers. They act as if you don't know anything, or as if you can't decide for yourself. Under the guise of advice, they try to manipulate your decision. What's more, the tone they use when speaking seems to come from a higher place. They almost swim in the dangerous waters of discrimination and racism. I have already told them that I will complain about their misbehavior to the director of their agency, and I certainly will.

Stopped in here with my daughter to get a few rolls of quarters. Older teller lady refused to withdraw from my account and told me to go outside to use ATM to withdraw money and then come back inside and that she will exchange for quarters then. What!??!! She said it was too much work to fill out the withdrawal paper for her and it’s easier for me just use ATM. And another teller just second her opinion. She didn’t give any receipt at all. Once I got home I figured out why, the rolls had quarters missing and instead had dime nickel and no cash value coins in 2 of the quarters. Disgusting that a bank would go so low to steal money from you. It’s only 75 cents but is very shocking. The only reason my daughter banks here is because of convenience of their branches on campus. We will be switching as soon as there is Chase or Citibank nearby. PNC doesn’t deserve the business they get. A bunch of criminals. I will be looking to see how I can file official complaint with their corporate office for stealing money and refusing to withdraw money when requested.

They are terrible. They closed my account because I fell victim to a scam. They want to punish a victim for not knowing better. And then closed my account and told me I can never use their bank again. Which then lead to I have not been able to access my money for 2 weeks. All my money is in the bank account. I cannot even buy food. I have been starving for over a week. Won't recommend it to anyone.

Inconsistent customer service.PNC forwarded my call to 5 - 6 different numbers just to resolve a simple issue, wasted me hours, and eventually they were going to shut down my bank account.Their internal communication is terrible and inconsistent, and I got very different answers from each PNC representative. Even though they determined everything was OK with my account and my issues were resolved at last, I won't recommend opening a new account at PNC.

This is definitely an old school bank branch. I had to make an old-fashioned deposit. The tellers were very helpful

Bank manager told me to scan the QR code and put myself on their queue. Proceeded to yell at me when I told her I already did.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, right from account opening to card services, things get done pretty quickly here. Not very far from the CMU campus as well.

You can see an undertone of racism in the service provided by some of the staff. Surprising given the fact that most of their business must be generated by international students. Avoid!

I had a great experience here!! The teller (I'm sorry I don't remember their name, had dark brown hair) was very nice and the banker (I think her name is Mindy) was AWESOME. I plan on going to this PNC location again because it is close to my workplace, is open later than most, and because everyone I interacted with was wonderful.

I’ve been banking at this branch for many years now but off late the service has been lacking. I’ve seen new staff - my guess is that there is a staff churn during the pandemic and new banks in Pittsburgh poaching. But that’s not an excuse.Going to move my business across the street to Chase. Will try and see how that is.For new people (especially students) - would recommend to try BoA or Chase. This branch serves primarily international students and seems to be taking clients for granted.

Employee seemed very reluctant to help me get a debit card. This was the day I opened the account. Speaks a lot about the service to be expected.

Tim and Travis are the GOATS of banking. Always super friendly and super helpful. Continually go out of my way to this branch even if it’s not super convenient.
