How are you a major bank, let alone the only PNC in the area with 3 ATM machines that ALL were out of service. PNC gradually continues to worsen. No wonder so many branches have closed.

Been banking here for years. Never had any significant hassles. I wish they would stop closing branches or at least put up more full service ATMs.

So long story short I had to file a dispute, I guess the dispute case completely locked down my accounts so money couldn’t go in or out but my account was low enough that they closed my account. I also had two paychecks that needed to see the light of day but didn’t for what I can only guess is because of the disputes. Regardless I went in to try and open a new account but it got denied. Guy I talked too was super nice tho. I hope someone who works there sees this and can do something about it cause I’m running out of “it is what it is”’s.

Horrible customer service. Needed clarification on a question and called in, and person was unable to give specifics. Teller made assumptions and didn’t even let me explain before providing a response and solution.Expect to be placed on hold for a good amount of time — PNC doesn’t handle this waiting period well. I ended up contacting them back with more information and had a follow up question, and teller was extremely rude and completely forgot what we went over so asked same repeated questions.Also, if you call the 888 number, don’t expect to be interacting with any CSR or human, with your best bet to be buddies with artificial intelligence.Some great customer experience here!

Tried to call on several attempts and they do not answer the phone. Waited for 5 minutes with no answer tried several times extremely poor service.

Worst PNC branch I've ever been to. Teller couldn't do anything without help. Had to ask for a receipt 3 times. She had no manners. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I've been to branches all over 4 PA counties and 2 states. This one was a Very Bad experience.

My account had a $14,800 hold put on it by a teller and it has been 6 days and they have not corrected the problem. Numerous phone calls, no one with authority to talk to at branches. The online 800 number hung up on me 3 times.

Just left PNC from Robinson Township. I don't remember her name (her office is second one on the left) but she was so helpful and nice. She helped me deposit a check and answered all my questions about the virtual wallet and how to use it. Two Thumbs Up ?

I requested coins for my store manager. They only would give out two rolls per denomination! After dealing with this bank for over 25 years, they can only provide a business with $1 in pennies, $4 in nickels, $10 in dimes and $20 in quarters. Way to help small business survive! Ended up going to Huntington Bank and got all the need change for my manager.

Worst PNC branch. Plenty of staff but 90% of them are standing around while there are 12 people waiting in line and only one window open. Wasted over 30 minutes of my lunch break.
