Horrible customer service. Purchased items for a child’s birthday gift. One item was NOT what I ordered and PB kids customer service wanted me to ask the recipients for a pic of the wrong item and wanted them to send back the wrong item before they shipped what I had actually paid for. I was not going to ask my boss for a pic of the incorrect item and have them go through the trouble of shipping it back so that PB kids could actually ship the correct item. I ended up ordering the item again and paid for it a second time. Will never order from them again.

I purchased a chair from Pottery Barn Kids, and it arrived defective. The replacement wasn't received for 6 months. They said they would issue a credit for all the hassle and terrible customer service experience, and this was never received. Terrible customer service. Stay away!!

I waited six months (literally, to the day) only to have a delivery company show up at my house four hours outside the delivery window at seven in the evening to deliver infant furniture. I sent them away as my baby is asleep. So much for quality or service. Never again, I will shop elsewhere.

My husband, baby and I visited this location almost two weeks ago in search of our baby’s nursery furniture since he’s outgrowing his bassinet and we are moving so different furniture will be needed. We were greeted very nicely by Sandy who helped us pick out our dresser, dresser top and crib. We spent over $2,700 with taxes and dresser delivery fees. We were happy with our purchase. Thanks Sandy.My husband later went to pick up the crib from the store because we could not fit it in the car when we first went. When we assembled the crib we noticed two small indentations on the side of the railing so we emailed their manager Kim. She gave us 2 options of 1. exchanging the piece or 2. taking a discount at final sale. We opted for option number 1 because we loved the crib and just wanted a nice piece for our baby’s nursery.So we decided to go back to the mall to exchange the piece and do some Christmas shopping while we were there (which we were going to do at this location until we had such a terrible experience) afterall taking our baby out is an event worthy task.When we went to exchange the crib piece, my husband went inside to start the process of exchanging the crib piece while I got our then fussy 4 month baby into his jacket, out the car, into his stroller, and retrieved his diaper bag. My husband came back outside and told me the sales people told him they were in a hurry which put me on a edge. So I quickly walked in to the storage room to inspect the piece while my husband calmed our fussy baby and Allie (one of the sales people there) told me they were in a hurry again and then again after I asked another question. We were rushed out 3 times! I felt so stressed.I later emailed Kim, their manager, and have received no response. Clearly they don’t care. Spend your money elsewhere. They won’t appreciate it at this location.

I purchased a dollhouse online to pick up in store. When I picked it up today, the associate told me “to make sure next time, I call the store and place the order because they don’t get credit for it when purchased online”, in a rude tone. To top that off, I get home and the parts are missing. So now I must go back to exchange. I feel like I should get a discount for this huge inconvenience.

When they don't have what you're looking for- they order it for you & ship it to your house!Everyone is always so helpful and pleasant at this location. Sandy helped me this last time and she was wonderful also. I just can't help it, I keep coming back?

When placing an order for a birthday gift, I was sure to check estimated shipping dates and they fell well within the timeframe that I needed it for. However, once the order was placed I received notification that it would be delayed and the back ordered. When I called customer service to see if I could pick a different color and have shipping expedited, they were unwilling to help AT ALL. The most they offered me was to cancel my order and then I could place a new order all at cost to me and leaving me without the gift in time. No thank you. For such a big company, customer service is awful!!

Trying to get this bathroom set has been impossible. I placed the order back in June, knowing that it was backordered and showing a delivery date of late August. This was fine, since were planning to give it ad a gift for a shower and didn't need it immediately. I checked the tracking 2 days before the scheduled delivery date and it still showed ad backordered. I reached out to customer service and got no response. I reached out a second time and was told the delivery date got bumped to mid September. No practice email or anything at all to let me know that it would be delivered late. They did offer to cancel the order and 20% off a new order, but we don't ship here often enough to want a discount on a future order and purchased gift cards to buy the gift to begin with. Wr didn't want a canceled order and to be stuck with a gift card we would never use. Checked tracking again since it wad due to deliver today and it's been jumped once again. Still showing as backordered. I have no gift now for this shower and will likely have to cancel. Had the initial delivery date shown as late September, we would not have bought it.

Awful, awful place. The employees either need some SERIOUS customer service re-training, or they just weren't raised right. I don't have children, but my best friend does. This best friend of mine also has cancer and has been undergoing brutal and painful treatment for the last few weeks now. While accompanying her to her treatment one day, we decided to just spend the entire appointment online shopping. She ended up falling in love with the most adorable chair for her daughter, so she purchased it online with the option of picking it up at her local PB Kids, because honestly who wouldn't love to save on shipping? We get a pick up date and on said date, we head over to pick it up. I offer to help carry it out, and after ooh-ing and ahh-ing over what seems to be an Anthropologie for specifically babies, we head up to the front to pick up said chair. My friend explains that she bought a chair online to ship to this PB Kids to pick up and pulls out the emailed receipt with all the necessary info. Now, instead of giving us the damn chair and asking if we needed anything else, we got a verbal a** whooping instead by some crusty employee with brown curly hair that looked to be around her late 30's/early 40's. Why you may ask? Because my best friend with cancer didn't physically come into the store and buy the one they had in stock or call ahead and ask for their display one so that this PB kids would get the commission/credit for the chair. This woman was just going OFF. I'm not sure what a child's chair ever did to this woman, but it must have been something traumatic considering the scene that she caused. While this woman was telling my friend to get her priorities straight, my friend (bless her heart) just wished her the best while I was ready to start yelling back. What's even more unbelievable is that no other team member stepped in. I just feel bad for this associates kids and husband, if she even has those. Anyways, don't shop here unless you want some middle aged broad screaming at you about making their numbers and profits fall when you buy something.
