Remnant City Inc. is a carpet and flooring business known for its reasonable prices and high-quality options. Customers report that prices are basically half what you would pay online or elsewhere, offering better value. The company provides hundreds of carpet options available to view in rolls at the store. A key service is cutting and binding carpet to order, allowing for a perfect custom fit for odd-shaped spaces, wall-to-wall installs, and modifications, which is a noted advantage over big box stores or online retailers.
The experience from ordering to installation is consistently smooth and professional. The staff is described as wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Installers are true professionals who complete work efficiently and handle complex jobs, like curved steps, amazingly. This reliability has built multi-generational loyalty, with customers returning decades later and highly recommending the business. The overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many customers stating they would definitely use the company again.

A truly excellent store. It’s easy and inexpensive to pick out one off the shelf or have a nice carpet cut and bordered in the exact size to fit any room. The owners have been providing a great service for a long time.
