“Tom Adams has been so good to and for us. They replaced all of our wood floors about a year ago (They look fantastic by the way). We noticed some squeaking several months after they were installed. Dave came out and assessed it and suggested that we go through the winter to see if the squeaks dissipated. They did not, so we had Dave come out again and he made the recommendation to pull up a couple of boards and screw down the sub flooring and replace the boards.
Dave arrived today, 30 minutes early, which we really appreciate. And his fix was quick and perfect.
Dave is so easy to work with, has a great demeanor (so friendly), is very skilled, and never lets us down.
