Thank you for being kind to my children in I. It was my 1 year old son's first visit to the mall and as a mom that is nerve racking enough. We tried to say in quiet stores and Soma employees understood the assignment. My daughter and I purchased items just because they were kind to us ❤️🥳✨️

I called ahead to see if they did size measuring because I recently had a breast reduction and was not sure what size I needed. I told her I was looking at something around a 50 B and was told they have nothing in the store that size but to please come in anyway just to at least get a proper fit. I went in and met with Kylie; she was absolutely amazing. She measured me, discussed what styles would be best for me and gave me the name of a store that does sell bras that would fit me. She took the time to talk with me knowing full well I was not going to be a sale, that there was nothing she could offer me. I can’t tell you how comforting that was. This whole thing has been a very emotional process and she made this step so easy to go through THANK YOU KYLIE!

Best place I've been to ! The 2 ladies that are both named Melissa is the best great customer service all around great service. They know what they're talking about when it comes to the perfect fit for you even got myself a great deal.

went to get measured the other day, the bra fitter in the back was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. i was really pleasantly surprised when it came to the quality of the designs and material of their products. my new fav bra store!

Online order. Giving one star, forced me to select star, otherwise would be zero. Poor customer service. Ordered twice, both tines never received product, never received communication from Soma but quick to charge my credit card both times. 10+ minute wait at 9p to speak with a Soma rep who had very little to offer info, i provided more info. Order placed to be sent to home. Rep told me sent to USPS location but could not provide location. Soma said merchandise returned because I did not pick up???? First time I orders shame on Soma, 2nd order shame on me. I have filed a 2nd dispute with my credit card, I reached out to Chico’s who owns Soma. Hung up after another long wait for someone to answer call (no message experiencing large call volume) Sent email to Chico’s.Quick to charge credit card but never delivers. Horrible and unprofessional company.. Go to a store, if you cannot find a alternative product with another merchant. Otherwise you will be charged for merchandise you will never receive, Stay away from Soma, they don’t care.

Went to return bras that I ordered online. The girl that assisted was phenomenal! She helped me get fitted for the correct side and ordered the bra for me. Customer service was AMAZING!!! I wish I would have asked her name! I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this location!

Tried on at least 10 bras. Bought 2 .. neither fit..also Bought pajamas. Returned 1 bra and pj's. Did not like them at all.
