The manager monte worked so hard to get my issue addressed. I'm glad i switched & this store specifically is my go to place for any issues etc or positive things too. The team is very attentive & helpful you are noticed & addressed quickly everyone is friendly & they work hard to make sure their customer is ? happy & situated

I had to move my number to a new account and went to this store. Staff told me to call the service number. After having it solved, I found out my name was misspelled. Again, the staff told me to call the service number. After reaching them, they told me it had to be solved in the store.The people at this location either do not know how to do their job, or do not care to do it. It is a waste of time to go here.

my husband and I had a delightful experience yesterday working with Darren at the Wilkins retail outlet to transfer to T-Mobile and replace a phone. Darren was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable, as well as being in good spirits despite our being the last customers of the day and having to stay after the store closed to be sure to cover all our questions. We are saving significantly over the last carrier we used and very happy with the 'geek desk!' Thanks Darren!

Service was trash. Only three workers and one of them was a manager that left without helping the staff — leaving customers there to wait longer. Dropping service as soon as possible.

No longer have on site techs. Staff eager to send customers elsewhere. Not busy ,which is good, except representatives annoyed and talking amoung themselves. I spent hours on phone and made 3 visits trying to get help with a warranty issue. Have been a customer when it was Sprint almost 25 years.Going elsewhere.

The five stars is for Josh. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service is outstanding. However, the other employees need a lesson in customer service including the manager. While Josh was helping me I witnessed inappropriate behavior and conversations on the sales floor.

Everyone was great, they need more chairs lolJOSH actually took care of us and walked us through everything...ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC....I/We had verizon for over 30 yrs...loved the service hated the cost!!!JOSH and my wife convinced me the service was top notch and we would save big $$$$ with my military discount so i went for it (altho i HATE change)...he answered a million of our questions and so far so good....pretty happy with the swich...
