I brought my neighbor Wilbur here to get his new phone sims card activated in his new phone. Staff was very knowledgeable on troubleshooting the issue.

The five stars is for Josh. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service is outstanding. However, the other employees need a lesson in customer service including the manager. While Josh was helping me I witnessed inappropriate behavior and conversations on the sales floor.
