Justin Zell does a great job facilitating an improv workshop for Fred Rogers Productions' Writers' Neighborhood. It's a great way to kickoff the program and help the fellows to learn to collaborate, actively listen, and be adaptable, which are critical skill to implement into their careers as freelance writers.
