Sheets had some dark spots, cigarette burn on one comforter, waffle batter very watery... Also, there is no noise filtering, people in the hallway sound like they're in the room with you. Very loud and disrupted my sleep.

Very convenient location. Friendly check in. The room smelled, but once the air was on it was fine. Sheets on one bed were stained.
