Now to add insult to injury, this store totally messed up our account resulting in us getting charged twice for the exact same phone (same ID). We've wasted hours trying to sort this out but the Tmobile customer service said the stores make mistakes they are not responsible for.

Tmobile is a scam company. I had an account with them for years. When I finally paid off my phone, it showed it was unlocked and paid on their website, yet their 3rd party barely English speaking reps kept telling me I owed over 100$ when I called to cancel my service. They refused to connect me to a manager and I called multiple times and each time no manager would talk to me. I told them I’m switching carriers and they continued to bill me for 3 months even though I quit using their services that day. Then they take me to collections where I dispute it, get it proven that it’s not legit, and then they use a different company to charge to my credit score again!

The most amazing experience I’ve had so far being under T-mobile. Edwin helped us so much and helped us find a great deal because my phone crapped out. Highly recommend this location!

Their poor understanding of the promo offer is costing me additional monthly costs due to my trade in. Make sure you are well informed of any offers and do not trust their explanation. I will look for another T-mobile store in the future.

Went to update my plan and get a phone upgrade. I told them I wanted the plan back dated so I could get the promo, but instead the forward dated it. Couldn't do any trade in because of that and now spend God knows how long with support trying to fix this.

We come in the store the so sales person Robert was never greed not ask what we need we come in and sit down about 20 min and very unprofessional and disrespectful sales person we waited and then left without get any help ..!! hope Robert will how to greet customers and be respectful and mindful that we didn’t come to his home but to purchase phone!!

Have had a pretty bad experience with this location. First time customer. Had several trips back to store due to problems they created, too many times to list here. On the last visit I when questioning certain things on my bill was told a district manager would be in touch with me as this store doesn't have a manager. 3 weeks later no call, no help. T mobile can someone please contact me. Seriously? this is the response you give. I am asking to speak to the person in charge of this store ,"not we will do better next time" my issue has not been resolved at all.

I only leave a review when my experience warrant's one, and my experience this morning definitely did. I brought in our old router that is defective to get a new one exactly like I was told and confirmed with customer service a few hours prior. I was met no enthusiasm and was made to feel like I was bothering the employee. She told me I couldn't do that in store and I needed to send it out with a new one sent to me. I asked if she could call customer service and confirm that because I was told otherwise, well she reluctantly called & was told that I could do it that way but still kept pushing me having to do all of this by mail. She told me I would need to cancel the current line and add a new one to do it that way in store which my husband needed to be present for because she needed his id. Customer service never told us any of this plus I'm authorized on the account. So after my morning of driving around to get my husband the router at his work so he could go right after, he went to a different store and had the most pleasant and simple exchange. No id needed. I would just like to know why your employee is turning a loyal customer away, seemed like she didn't want to deal with it at all. Wasn't helpful and acted bothered with her job. I could sympathize if I was the last customer & it was close to closing... but I was the very first customer of the day! People in customer service should at least act helpful when you come into the store with a problem and do the minimum at their disposal to help.

Well I was told if the Apple Watch stayed on my account even without an active line that I would still be getting the promotion for the Apple Watch and would not over the full price, when the tech canceled the service, but left the watch on the plan and switched it to the galaxy watch I get a text three hours later, stating that the promotion had ended. Also, I had to order my device online due to the fact that you don't carry any higher memory devices than the base device, nor any chargers or a wide variety of cases and screen protectors and this has been an issue for years. We wanted to switch my boyfriends phone line from his mothers account to my account which we were told had to be done over the phone which was the first time I have ever heard of this in years, I have had a better experience at Verizon with their customer service and the ability to get the devices and accessories that I wanted at time of service rather than ordering online. To me, there is no reason to have a store if the employees do not care to help the customers coming in the store and can offer little to nothing without me having to order it online. The manager also stated while on the sales floor,that If It doesn't make him money or the store, he does not care to know or help with the service or issue. All the customers on the sales floor had heard this comment as well, I heard a lot of call customer service, we can't help you set up a discount, We can't do this, we can't do that. They were rushing me out the door and unwilling almost to help me set up my new device since I had just received my device, that I had to mail order. The one woman that was taking care of me when the manager was popping in an out, to make these inappropriate comments, kept calling me honey, babe, sweetie, which I find totally unprofessional and inappropriate. My relative had gone a mere day's prior and had heard an employee speaking ill about a customer being mentally handicap to put it in nice words, while the customer was still exiting the store and could hear this. This store is a terrible representation of T-Mobile and something really should be done. I would leave 0 stars but alas this is not possible sadly.

I'm a long-time customer of T-Mobile. My first phone was a Trac phone but upgraded my cell phone service to T-Mobile. Whenever I need assistance in person, I always go to this store. They are always very helpful whenever I have a problem. I especially appreciate the assistance Damon provides. He's very knowledgeable and very willing to help. Today I stopped in to have my damaged screen protector replaced. Kylee quickly handled that issue. She then let me know about a special opportunity on the Galaxy Watch4. Damon and Kylee explained the details. I accepted the offer. Both employees went above and beyond in customer service. They made me feel like a VIP. I highly recommend T-Mobile and this location for all your telecommunication needs.

Save yourself and go anywhere else. The three employees were less than thrilled to have a customer and insisted everything has to be done by me calling support.After calling T-Mobile and waiting to chat with my account person, my account person mentioned that the store should have called and helped.This store does not follow process and the current staff is openly joyful about how ineffective they are except if you want to know what color watch to get to match your shoes.
