my debit card got stuck in the tube at the drive thru and was not able to be retrieved, very disappointed on how this was handled as i am a long time customer if PNC. Machine still not repaired and i still do not have my debit card,

After being an account holder for 20 years they've closed down six branches nearby. Their solution is offering ATMs that accept deposits at UDF gas stations. It's just not the same. Especially when the closest ATM is 30 miles away. I'll be taking my banking elsewhere.

pathetic bank ! been 38 days since my account was locked due to "suspicious deposits" which I could have easily proved authentic. but no call no email no letter no nothing. had to find out by debit card being declined! many many phone calls,branch visits numerous complaints filed and nothing nothing at all except to bad wait. Christmas time and PNC has $3000 of mine and won't do anything about it. luckily I have lawyer involved now

I have had many problems with the app and the online banking but recently I had a problem with the app showing me I had more money than I really had. Transactions also take several days if not weeks to post for some reason.The real problem I had was with customer service though. I couldn't find any way to contact them online, only phone numbers but I work the same hours they do and wouldn't be able to call until I got home when they're closed so I contacted them on Instagram. They said they would have someone call me, even though I told them I can't answer the phone at that time. The lady called anyway, two days later, then emailed, and when I got back to my office I replied to the email (roughly 30 minutes after she sent it). I waited all day and she didn't reply. I waited the weekend. I waited until Monday morning after they were open a few hours and I emailed her again. I waited until the next day. I emailed again and then again a couple hours later. No reply, no more phone calls. I contacted instagram again. They gave me a number to a guy who was nice but couldn't help me, he gave me the contact for the original lady, I told him that's no good. I finally get a diff lady who was able to answer my questions but she told me the supervisor would call me about my experience and it's been almost a week and I haven't heard from them either.this place is only interested in your money and they don't care about you or your problems. The higher up you go in management the less they care about helping you. I will be changing banks very soon. PNC is a huge disappointment and a customer service nightmare!!

My account was closed within a month due to multiple charge backs that they consistently let through on top of them taking their own maintenance fee. I was sick and it was no way I could even contact them with no voice. It's never any accountability with PNC and if it is its only to hush you. They don't care and will let anyone consistently charge your account so that they can collect fees.I have been a customer with them for 10 years and it has always been the same issue. They have had a class action lawsuit also within the last few years. That coincides with the way they charge you.On top of them closing every branch that they have and making it difficult to even get in contact with them or get your money.

7/27/23: The branch and teller were fine, pleasant hills, pa branch. This complaint is about pnc bank in general. I opened checking and savings accounts at the end of May with a few thousand dollars in each acct. Haven't touched the accts since. Today, I went to cash two checks totalling less than $22. Pnc would not allow me to cash them because the accts were less than one year old. This is ridiculously absurd! I can see a 30 day wait period. But if there is enough money in the accts to cover the checks, there should be no wait period at all! So I had to deposit the checks and when money needed, do a withdrawal. Ridiculous rule that couldn't be overridden per the teller. I cannot recommend pnc bank. I should go to Huntington Bank, it's easier to get to anyway.

PNC is apparently willing to lose a customer over a $60 gift card dispute redeemed through their points program. I redeemed a $60 gift card in December and went to use it in February. Apparently, it was loaded with $0 balance. I called later that same evening to tell them about the problem. I have been in contact with customer service 5 times already and it seems they don't care to resolve the issue. If this is the customer service you get over a minor issue over a $60 gift card, imagine trying to resolve a serious issue over disputed monetary funds. I recommend everyone closing out their business with PNC as they don't care about their customers per my experience. Please like and share so this information is spread.

For anyone that sees this post I want to make it absolutely clear and in black and white that PNC bank is nothing but an organization that is more concerned about themselves than their customers. I was lied to, told it was my fault, laughed at, and frankly disrespected by each person I spoke to that was in any customer service position or part of any customer relations team. The plain fact is that they stole money from my account by doing away with free checking and changing my account, without my express permission, to one that required a $500 balance or they charge you 7 dollars a month. This went on for five years without my knowledge resulting in over $400 dollars in fees. I will be pulling every last dime out of my account and nothing positive regarding PNC will ever come out of my mouth again.

This company is a joke. They’ll go after you if you overdraw account for only two dollars, but when it is time for you to get money from them it is nothing but a problem.

Well, PNC Bank is not good when resolving fraudulent situations. I had three fraudulent attempts within two months. I was told by customer service to work with the vendors to get refunds and to get a new bank card. I used the easy lock on the app, but still got hacked!I had escalation managers call me and was not knowledgeable of fraudulent situations, and lied and stated they would call back. Never happened! I was even told by the customer service representatives their managers led people on and there was not a record someone from management had even called me!I had one customer service representative say the amounts stolen from my bank were only small amounts....does not matter! It is my money and it was not owed to the thief! I can't believe someone would say that!That lets customers know it is ok to steal from them! I have even been asked if I stole my own money!! Why would I replace the card then???? The branches are good. Corporate sucks....

Racist corporation -- I was told by their employees that my closest PNC ATM was constantly broken because of black people. This is the same bank that was sued for not loaning black people money in south Georgia. They are also incompetent, have very long hold times and refuse to refund your money when you dispute a transaction. Their escalation team is a total joke. Everyone is either unprofessional or totally clueless.Sace yourself some stress and bank locally. PNC is just another faceless, money grubbing, racist corporation like most of the big banks in America.

I agree with everybody here. This place is terrible we are dealing with the Boardman Ohio branch I have contacted them several times can never get any calls back can't get any answers we have a business account there and couple personal accounts they cannot be bothered to even get us a signature card so we can sign it I have called the corporate offices and left several messages to get someone there to contact me to get this taken care of because apparently they can't do it at Brad's level cuz they're not smart enough we can't get on to the digital service because it's not working correctly we tried contacting him so they could get us set up to that because we can't even see our accounts because unlike the person who says he keep getting paper statements we can't even get paper statements and we can't even get into the digital

BBVA was great!! PNC is horrible! They just closed our business account for no reason. No notice, nada! We are a small business that has other issues going on. Our bank should not be one of them.
