Please fix your deposit ap for phones. It works occasionally but not consistently. I have a newer phone with a good camera and it still does not work right.

Online banking isn't bad, but applied for a HELOC loan though and typical bait and switch even though I have great credit and loads of equity. It took him a couple weeks to tell me no.. waste of time and energy

Why so many negative reviews with PNC lately? And what’s with the understaffing at all the branches in Northeast Pennsylvania? One teller to do both the drive-through and the counter, and there’s a line of people inside backed up to the door. Management is not doing their job!
