Horrible experience with Jennifer for a tow hitch that I made reservations for. I cam in friendly and excited & you stated that was too much for you! You became hostile and threated to call the cops on me. I am a fully garbed Muslim and you were expecting a different dialect vs the one you got. As a former employee I this is corrected. This is not how I remember treating others.

Slow service. My truck went out with less than a full tank. You couldn't tell because the needles was at the F line. When I filled it up, the needle went past the F line. I was told their policy is to not pay for extra gas. I asked if I was bamboozled and the clerk said yes.
These are the kinds of things that give UHaul such a bad name.

I do not recommend your company. I spent more than one hour of my time to return the truck, because the collection points that were nearby did not want to accept the car. I was deceived, very sorry.

Very bad customer service. Lazy employees. Came 15 minutes before closing and they refused to help me fill a propane tank. If you close at 5 you close at 5 not at 4:45.

Staff is rude and belittles customers. Horrendous experience. To anyone considering renting from here - going out of way and paying more is worth it to avoid this place.

This is the most ridiculous, disrespectful, and unmanaged uhaul site in the area. An appointment for a hitch was set a week in advance and this was one of the few locations that offered this service, which is a one hour service. The worker who was to complete the service did not come until two hours after his start time. No call or update was given. We have gone three times to check and the employee at the front desk couldn’t care less to even check the garage and ask for an estimate. For someone being paid minimum wage, he really did do the bare minimum. This was a waste of time, it messed up our plans that we planned based on the time frame given when the appointment was set, and the workers who cannot do their job, come on time, and would rather do anything than what is expected still can’t even apologize for turning a one hour service into an almost four hour service. So if you want to go to a place where your time is not valued, please be my guest.

I initially had some issues with my Ubox delivery schedule, but Josh was a tremendous help. He took proactive steps to resolve the problems, allowing me to access my Ubox on the same day despite a shortage of forklift-certified personnel. Additionally, he kindly assisted me in removing a stripped screw from the Ubox door. It was a pleasure working with Josh. Thank you!

I would recommend better service. The vehicle was rented to drive from Pittsburgh, PA to Anchorage, Alaska. The U-Haul truck left Pittsburgh at 5AM. It broke down 140 miles within the trip. It took U-Haul 4 hours to get a mechanic out there to attempt to repair the vehicle on the side of the highway. It took the mechanic 2 and a half hours to state that the vehicle couldn’t be repaired and that it needed to be switched it out. The mechanic called U-Haul to tow the vehicle, the tow truck driver was given the wrong location. 4 hours later that’s when they finally located the U-Haul to switch it out and everything in it. I returned the broken Uhaul with a full tank of gas. They gave me a new Uhaul with a quarter tank of gas. It cost about $170 bucks to fill up the tank. The hotel for that night cost $169.00. They only gave me $150 for my inconveniences and an additional five days with the U-Haul, which in their eyes they think is fair. When I try to return the U-haul on an empty tank of gas, I was told I would be charge if I don’t return it with a quarter tank.
I would highly suggest if someone ask to rent a U-Haul to drive almost 4,000 miles away in the future, please give them the newest vehicle you have in your lot. If you cannot do that, recommend them to another U-Haul location to save them the hassle of wasting their time on the side of the highway.
