Well, the new man who works here is slow like a turtle, it took him 30 mins to make a money order and refund. the line was to the door and somany of us decided to walk out. i guess that’s all we can expect at post office. they should have at least two people or some help with someone who is so slow.

I’m literally sitting in my car outside of this location because I can’t believe what I just experienced lol.In what was the most astonishingly unpleasant encounter, I walked into the establishment at 4:59, fully aware that it closed at 5. Despite the doors being unlocked, the worker, occupied with another customer, she told the person behind me she was closed. With no intention of mailing anything, I merely sought to pick up a new priority envelope. As I grabbed the envelope, put my papers in it and began preparing to leave, this woman approached me, stating, “It’s 5 o’clock. Do I need to call the Postal Police?” … Police??? Lady, in what was am I threatening your safety??Clarifying my purpose, I explained, “Ma’am, I know you’re closed now; I’m just picking up this envelope, no intention of mailing—literally leaving.”Yet, her response AGAIN was to threaten calling the police, insisting I leave immediately. As I gathered my belongings to exit, I expressed my hope for her day to improve, highlighting her apparent misery. She dismissively shooed me out, saying “goodbye” in the most impolite manner imaginable. Absolutely dreadful experience.I’m just in shock. I wish I knew her name because she definitely doesn’t need to be working there or in any customer facing position. She’s a thin, fair skinned woman, with collar bone length dark straight hair. Awful. Avoid this location or maybe just avoid her.

I've been here for various services multiple times and never had a problem. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but it is in one of the busiest locations in the city.I am giving 5 stars because I was having a harried, long day and left my card in the reader. (Haven't we all made some bonehead move like this? Lol.) Before I knew this, I was so agitated that I lost my card. I returned with a glimmer of hope to see if it was there, and the woman behind the counter said, "I'm so happy to see you, I was going to mail your card back to you!" And sure enough, she had a stamped envelope with my name and on it, and this little note (see photo.) Thank you Cathy, wherever you are you're a gem!!

My organization has a PO box at this US Post Office. I went to check it a couple weeks ago I think on a Tuesday at 3:10 PM and a hand written sign said "closed for lunch 3-4PM". I went back this morning at 10:30 AM and the sign on the door said "temporarily closed". How can a US Post office close during its stated hours of business, preventing access to PO boxes?

This post office is terrible. There is only one person working usually. They are always unhelpful and scoff when you have more than a few packages that require labels to be created. Typical government agency.

Horrible staff. Asked a question on how to overnight something because i never did it before and she muttered everything and then walked away. So rude, i get you are miserable but don't make everyone around you miserable too.

Not very friendly staff. Walked in and someone yelled crankily from the back that I couldn't be in there with my dog (didn't bother to even look to see if he was a service dog). Safe to say we took our business next door to UPS where we were welcomed (and my dog was given a treat).

My experience here was absolutely terrible. The lady behind the counter was slow and miserable. I purchased 70 stamps and she charged me for 160 stamps. When I came back shortly after to get a refund she simply said “how did that happen”. No sorry that she had absolutely screwed the pooch and overcharged me $54. If you hate your job so bad, find something else that doesn’t deal with the public.

Nobody apparently WORKS here. The phone rings and rings, nobody ever answers, and I paid to have a very important document delivered with a certificate of service (to a building in the same zip code, mind you), and I never received the return slip, causing me months and months of delay. This company should be held responsible for doing or not doing their very important job.
