If you need help, do not go to this usps. They are unwilling to help and are not very friendly. They will tell you the wrong information when filling out a change of address and won’t take return to sender items if it’s not a south side zip code.

The curly haired woman who is working everytime I come here is so unnecessarily rude. I’ve never had a positive interaction with her. After her attitude today I immediately walked out to the UPS store instead. Seems plenty of other people have had this experience as well.

Corey was very helpful , assisting me with my money order and helping me seal up my envelope better. Corey and the other counter people at this location always give great service.
