This is my first review I’ve ever written for anything. But I went in here at 9am today and tried to ship something that I sold on Poshmark, and the guy behind the counter was highly rude and unpleasant. I had been nothing but nice and I even made a joke about being the first one in (at 9:02am and they open at 9am). He was absolutely miserable and didn’t help me in any way. I didn’t know the process of shipping with Poshmark and he made me feel so uncomfortable and like he just wanted me to get out of there. He made me tape up my own box and I was shaking because I could t get the tape to work. So instead of trying to help me he stood there and stared at me for 5 minutes watching me nervously struggle even after I asked if he had scissors I could use to cut the tape since I couldn’t figure out the machine. He didn’t tell me to move over or anything and instead he helped 3 other customers OVERTOP of me. My keys and purse were on the counter and he just helped people literally overtop of all my stuff. He consistently rolled his eyes at me and snickered while I struggled with the box. It really ruined my day and I think this person should not be allowed to work in a customer service position. I can’t imagine being rude to a stranger for no reason at all. People have things going on behind the scenes and interactions like this can absolutely ruin peoples days.

Above and beyond service I can’t spell her correctly and I don’t wanna butcher it but the manager on staff is amazing and I don’t care what her wage is she needs paid more! Tracked down my packages that got delivered wrong and delivered them to me even after they had closed she needs a raise USPS!

Not sure what happened to the post office, but they tried convincing me I have the same mail man I did for years, as if I don't know who delivers my mail, the newer person delivers when ever he wants, and some days just flat out skips whole streets to go home early. As if I'm unaware they get to go home after the route is don't, being paid 8hrs.... Please.. do your damn jobs. People depend on some of those mail pieces that arrive late because of laziness...

Leaving this review due to the fact that somehow the people at this place tried to convince me that their delivery guy completed a delivery to a building that doesn't exist and the package is no where to be seen so careful what you order delivery people r incompetent and possible package theives

I have been reading the reviews of so many dissatisfied customers and can’t believe it because my mailman for 12 years is the absolute best, And the ones before him and the ones that pinch hit when he’s on vacation or on days off are the absolute best. Sometimes the mail comes late in the afternoon when he’s not there and someone has to do this route after they’re done with their Regular route and that is understandable. I have no complaints and for the days that I have to go into the post office 99 times out of 100. The service is great there is never a very long wait Keith is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. There is another young lady there. That is also amazing very observant she knows what you’re looking for before you even ask for it.. Whenever I have to pack my flat rate package there, I’m looking around for tape to purchase. She already has the post office tape waiting for me and calls me for it. I don’t know who’s delivering other people‘s mail, but I have the absolute best experience at that post office. our mail carriers are not computers and will make mistakes sometimes but the mistakes they make are few compared to the good service they render daily in all conditions. They never picked up the phone. I had to file complaint online. They contacted me after three days. They did nothing to find the package was delivered to another address. Their solution was for me to ask the shipper to send another part to make up for their mistake. This has happened several times in the past but they usually find the package get it to me a few days late. Not this time.

Customer service! What a joke.They do not answer the phone .When they do answer they are rude and disinterested.I am in principle opposed to privatisation in this case I welcome it!

They never answer their phone. You ligit have 2 call back atleast a million times for them to answer the phone. It gets annoying when you need something from them and they don't answer....

This post office is great! There’s street parking right outside and I always have a great experience! Keith goes above and beyond with his job and even helped me get my post address transferred to Pittsburgh since I just moved here recently!

I live on Pius st in the Southside we don't have a regular mail person at our apt building(a house which has 4 apts in it). No matter how often a person works they should still do the job that they are being paid to do! I haven't gotten mail in 2 week, I did however find 2 pieces of my mail in between my house and the neighbors house!!!!WTH!! I get random notifications from UPS of what I should getting that
Day. Well I've missed several days.. I ask my neighbors if they might have gotten it (nope) I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! IV HAD TO PUT A SIGN ON THE FRONT OF MY BUILDING saying that my apt was the REAR apt on side of building. Rain took that sign . Im disabled and get help.HAVE VERY IMPORTANT MAIL that's time sensitive. I CANT WAIT TILL I CAN MOVE OUT OF THE SOUTHSIDE ND hopefully to a mail friendly place. My person is quick to run off my porch in the few times that I have gotten Mail in my mailbox. I sit right next to the door so it takes me a sec to get outside. ?

Never answers the phone! The 800 phone number is useless! Mail delivery does not match what I get emailed. Don't receive mail at times. This is the worst post office & post master!
