Although we’ve had issues with the mailmen and our mail delivery, I wanted to post a review regarding Edwin the post office supervisor. I had to submit a complaint regarding and issue we are having with mail at our address.He responded to my submitted complaint extremely quickly and seemed to really care about resolving this for me as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the effort Edwin and other post office employees are putting in to this situation.

Keith at this post office is the BEST! So very kind and helpful. Helped me ensure that a gift for a loved one was in my hands after a few missed door knocks. I hope to see Keith at this post office every time.

Terrible delivery service from this Mt. Oliver location. When you call the post office to ask questions, either you get no answer, or you speak to someone who doesn't have the authority to do anything about your concerns. I have informed delivery and normally do NOT receive all the mail that is displayed. Terrible, terrible branch.

I don’t know how this office hasn’t gotten in legal trouble for the amount of missing mail. I use informed delivery to see what mail I’m getting and it’s been THREE WEEKS with nothing despite multiple mail pieces being scheduled. UPDATE Despite being given multiple keys to the building the mailman just stops delivering whenever he pleases. We got our mail for maybe two weeks and it went right back to not receiving anything. I’ve missed vital documents and multiple checks. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to file a suit about this because I haven’t been paid in six weeks due to this mail delay.

The office is Covid compliant and clean. I had a Very short wait and she apologized for the few minutes that I did wait The woman working at the post office was courteous; excellent customer service.

My mail continuously gets "delivered" to the wrong address. Extremely frustrating. Chasing it down has become tiring and repetitive. AND IT KEEPS GETTING STOLEN. Mailman leaves packages on the street and could obviously care less. Placing fault on Covid19 for every single issue is a poor excuse for unprofessionalism. The constant blame lands on USPS when it is a Federally funded business; clearly displaying gaping loopholes in our broken and crooked system. Previous Google Reviews state lack of communication on their phone. No, they will not answer the phone. Been there personally to witness this. It takes a lot for me to leave such a bad review.. Filing a claim is of course is intentionally a huge hassle and ordeal. 1+1=2 last time I checked, but what do I know.

It’s hard getting a hold of someone at this office and has been this way for years. They never answer their phones and they can’t blame it on being busy. One day I kept calling and calling regarding a package of mine and nobody answered. I decided to walk to the post office considering I lived right up the street. When I got there there was one person working and it wasn’t busy at all. I also noticed that the phones kept ringing and the worker did not answer. And just today, I arrive looking for a package and the guy there was very rude and not helpful at all. I’ll be reporting this office to corporate! They need new workers or they need to be shut down!

Mail is always late or delivered to neighbors. My neighbors are constantly bringing my mail that was dropped at their address. Our address have no similarities. Mail man is rude unprofessional and most of the time does not deliver Mail because of steps. This place should be reported!!!!

Have initiated investigations on this office if anyone wants to reach out to establish a class lawsuit let me know. I’ve watched these people hold my mail several times or just not deliver it. I’d wait at the post office to ask my carrier why he just didn’t deliver that day and he’s say he just didn’t feel like it

Always delayed mail by a day or two. Or doesn’t ever show up. A check was supposed to delivered yesterday. Email again today said it would be here. Not in the mail. They have it. They scanned it. Two day delay for a letter mailed from across the city. Sad.99% of time they will not answer the phone. Lost hundreds of dollars by packages, checks and other valuable items not being delivered or delivered to the wrong address. It probably cost Amazon at least $800 in refunds. Half the time when they do finally deliver, the mailbox left wide open. Lovely when that happens during a rainstorm or snowstorm. Is it too much to ask to close the lid after you put a letter in it? I’ve lived all over the city. By far the worst delivery service I’ve encountered in the city.I can’t trust they will pick up a letter. They can’t even pic up the yellow slip for a certified letter. Had to run up to the post office to pick it up after a week of being paper clipped to the mailbox. They did deliver mail during that time too. No care at all.
