When a package is not delivered by the regular mail carrier. They always say no access to property.
There are no obstacles or obstruction to my property. Nothing but excuses for lazy delivery person.
Funny how I get mail and packages to the property by the regular mail carrier and other delivery carriers.
Can't get through to anyone at the USPS Anywhere.

I’ve just moved here back in December, and every single time i’ve been in to drop off or pick up a package they are closed. at LEAST an hour earlier than listed on the door. It’s extremely annoying, and i’m not sure who I am supposed to talk to about this, but my complaint will be going further than this review.

Been nothing but headaches with parcels needing to be delivered. Out of the 4 orders 3 went through brentwood(only good one was through pleasant hills) usps and had multiple failures to deliver. Good luck calling and actually getting ahold of someone there. Can't tell if no one actually cares or just under staffed. Either way I'm going to avoid going through usps next order if possible. Especially if I pay for priority shipping and have to pick up every order. Might as well drive out and pick up direct and save the money on shipping.

They are very willing to blame PH post office for everything. I normally bypass this post office and go straight to PH even though the slip says Brentwood, my packages are normally there. This time PH said they sent it to Brentwood. Unfortunately it's not there and have no idea where it is. This is getting ridiculous. I'll start going with UPS.

I've always come here to get my packages shipped. All I needed was the top of my packaged taped and for whatever reason, the worker decided to lecture me about how I should have it ready next time. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but every time I've been there before they've done it for me, no problem. It was also completely dead there, and there was more than one person at the front desk (for the first time ever lol), so it's not like I was holding up the line or anything

I just had a bad interaction at this post office me and another person we both needed just postage stamps the clerk was very rude considering it’s the holiday some people don’t need to work where they interact with other people the post office hires the rudest people

It's noon, 2 weeks before Christmas on a Saturday. The line is out the door and how many people are working in the Post Office? ONE! This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen, whoever manages this location needs replaced. And to top it all off the one employee working is extremely slow and unpleasant.
