Pam is the most miserable person I’ve ever seen working the front desk of somewhere. Extremely rude, got smart and an attitude with me when all I wanted to do was mail a package.

There were no staff and I arrived at 3:30 and it doesn’t close until 5. Also, its a Tuesday.
