“I'm not sure why there is reviews that say the people in the store are rude.. That wasent my experience at all. I was helped with a return and asked if I needed help multiple times.. I asked an employee a question about some pants and they were polite and answered my question. Clean nice store with some nice quality clothes.. If you haven't owned any its worthy of your time to find something you like here. My bet is you'll be glad you did. Recommend.”
“During high school and college I worked at "cheap" Champs at Century III mall (RIP). Going going gone takes me back to those days. While not everything is a deal, if you shop around and shop the sales you can get a killer deal. We don't live too far so stop in frequently to check out deals. We often buy a lot to stash for family and friends birthdays and holidays at a bargain. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and the manager is a delight. It is sort of a game to find the best deals and they can definitely be found especially during some of their advertised and not advertised deals. Lots of name brand stuff including Patagonia, Sorel, Cotopaxi, Nike, Brooks and many more that we have snagged deals on. Happy to have this option close by and brings me back to my high school and college days. You definitely do have to shop the desks as not everything is always a good price but it is definitely unbeatable during the right sales.”

“You wouldn't guess from the branding, but they have clothes for big girls (well, biggish) — this is the only time I've ever been able to try on a sports bra in the store and buy it (3X for D-DD, I think). Bought some size 16 shorts but they have up to 22. Nice!”
“I'm a Pittsburgh guy so of course I thought I found the best in Pittsburgh. Spent tens of thousands with this place and they've delivered every time on time. John was great as was Lauren. Later found out they do business internationally and for movies too. But they have time for a couple dozen t shirts or thousands for the local sports teams. If the NFL, NCAA, NHL, and Hollywood trust them so should you. Big fan.”

“I have shopped online with REI for many years. This is the first time I have actually been to one of their stores. If you like outdoor equipment and outdoor activities, then this is definitely the place for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There is plenty to look at, and you certainly won’t get bored.”

It is always nice when you go into a store and find employees who want to help but are not stalking you in the store. the selection here was great and they even had a cool hat carrier for when you're traveling to keep your hat safe. Sign up for the rewards program it is definitely worth it if you buy a lot of hats.”
“I was assuming this place was gonna be a knockoff to Academy and Dick’s, and in a sense, it is, but I think their focus is better placed. They seem to be less concerned with fashion/lifestyle items and more directed towards actual sporting goods. “I have an antique "Brunswick Twentieth Century Table" in excellent condition. I used to have the old "Saunier Wilhelm Company" in Oakland take care of all my pool table needs. Joe Wilhelm new his s - - t. After they closed I searched high and low for a reputable replacement. Dan Schwarz's name kept coming up. I called to have my 860 Simonis cloth replaced. Dan did an excellent job. More recently, I bought a new home and had Dan and his staff relocate my table to my new home. They dismantled my table and transported it 15 miles away. During the set up I had them install new pocket leathers and new 860 Simonis cloth. The transport and set up all went seamlessly. Dan informed me that my table would settle into the carpet and would most likely need to be re-leveled. He was right. He came back alone and releveled my table. I have found him and his staff to be reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Dan is old school. A craftsman. There are not many of these guy's left. Highly recommended.”

“I really enjoyed visiting this store. They have a great selection of autographed memorabilia, comics, Funko Pops, and more. The 2 guys there were really friendly and knowledgable about memorabilia. I spent a lot of time browsing through the store and was never rushed. I ended up picking up a few autographed pieces and left very happy.
