Shitty internet and even shittier customer service. The lady who handles WiFi on the weekends is unhelpful and rude. I’ve had multiple encounters with this store that finally had me switch to verizon. I don’t mind paying the extra to them for better speed and service.

The two technicians I worked with unfortunately were not very helpful one was a bit on overload with too many customers and the other seem to be bothered by my questions about transferring data from former carrier to Xfinity

I went in for an overcharged bill and just decided to pay it off. I didn't want to deal with their manager or Xfinity anymore. Just like all the Xfinity customer service reps who are just always dying to sell you stuff and not care about your actual issue, the manager here was the same - hopelessly ignorant.
For those of you considering Xfinity in Pittsburgh, there are cheaper providers with better customer service. I hope you do your research before blindly going for Xfinity, which is what I did. As many other 1 star reviews suggest, this place deserves to go out of business.

We went to Xfinity to set up a new WiFi for our home, and Ammiel helped us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made it so much easier for us. He also set us up with a 5-year 1-Gig student discount internet plan and even included a free line for 1 year. We really appreciate his professionalism and support. Thank you, Ammiel!

A representative of theirs completely refused to listen to the problem and started making assumptions and gossiping to their colleagues about the situation. Laughed at me and kept arguing baselessly. Making fun of a customer and gossiping right in front of them speaks of their behavior and recklessness towards customers. That person was not just making up stories in their mind instead of listening to the problem but also put me down in a lot of ways. I also checked other’s reviews and realized I wasn’t the only one who got bullied.

Came in to get internet set up after some difficulties with the online form. Didn't catch my representative's name, but she quickly and professionally helped me start the service as needed, no surprises.
