“My daughter and I needed to purchase replacement windshield wipers and had no idea how many different kinds are available. As we were clearly confused, an employee named Sidney came over to ask if we needed help. He was the most helpful and nicest young man. He took his time to explain the different types and suggested a warranty plan. I usually don’t buy the warranties in those types of purchases, but this one made so much sense after it was explained. You don’t find customer service like that these days . He is a very valuable employee. I will go out of my way in the future to frequent this particular store. Thanks Sidney!”

“Stopped in and bought wiper blades for the first time for current car. When I got home, I realized the driver side was not sitting right. Called and spoke to one of the guys. He told me he would take a look if I brought it back. He was able to tell me that my car's wipers had to be flex and the ones I bought wouldn't work frame wise. He changed it out and showed me the right type to buy next time based on my setup. I did not get his name, unfortunately, but he was great, very helpful, super nice. 5-16-2025, around 730 pm.”
