“Had a tile floor installed year and a half ago. Installers did an amazing job, however some of the tiles developed hairline cracks in them. I dealt with Pete from Wilkes Barre. He personally came to my home for an inspection. Pete told me that my floor would be fixed. Well, turned out the entire job needed to be redone. Giant floor kept their word and replaced the floor. I couldn't be happier with the service and the installers. Thank you again Pete and Giant Floors.”
“I’ve been working with this local flooring store for many, many years. Tony, the Owner, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He always takes the time to understand what I need and has great recommendations. I never feel rushed to make a decision. All of my projects turned out flawless thanks to Tony and his installer team of Steve and Tyler. Old Forge Flooring is the place you can trust if you want reliability, quality floors, and want to support a locally owned business.”
