“Pat the owner is very helpful! They have so many rugs and pre cut remnants it's a great selection for all. And they have the click vinyl laminate flooring too. Great place to shop and a big store with lots of choices and colors!”

“Had a tile floor installed year and a half ago. Installers did an amazing job, however some of the tiles developed hairline cracks in them. I dealt with Pete from Wilkes Barre. He personally came to my home for an inspection. Pete told me that my floor would be fixed. Well,turned out the entire job needed to be redone. Giant floor kept their word and replaced the floor. I couldn't be happier with the service and the installers. Thank you again Pete and Giant Floors.”
