“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “Great deals especially if you are a rewards member, quality products.I would like to mention an employee that I watched while I was in line deal with a very annoying, aggravating, ignorant customer.This employee’s name was Jackie. She handled this rude customer very well. I also work in Customer Service and deal with this and I almost said something because I was getting mad myself. But you’re store associate was great, she had a supervisor take over and she moved off to a different area to help customers.Awesome employee!”
