“I walked into Raymour and Flanigan Outlet in Dickson City back in July with the hopes of finding the perfect couch to enjoy what little time I DO have to relax. While I was walking around the showroom and sitting on every couch I walked by, a very generous and patient salesman named Tyler asked me how I was and if I had anything in particular I was searching for. I think I pretty much went through my whole life story about my run of bad luck with buying so many couches and recliners that ended up months later to be quite uncomfortable. That is why I mentioned that Tyler is completely patient as I was there for about an hour and half contemplating on getting the one that feels like a cloud when sitting on it. I believed I have found the one I could sit on for years to come. I walked out with his business card with the name of the couch. Fast forward 3 months later I walked back into the outlet this time with my two teenaged boys to check if the couch was still there. My boys sat on it and they were hooked!! So I ended up getting it plus the chair and half and ottoman (will be delivered at a later date) and I LOVE THEM!! We were there for about an hour this time and Tyler finally made his sale!! This store and the salespeople are incredibly accommodating!! I highly recommend Raymour and Flanagan Outlet for your home furnishing needs!”

Used clothing is a bit overpriced for what they offer. Sizeable vinyl records selection is upstairs and look also at featured records behind the check out counter for rare finds.”

“I ordered a gorgeous picture of a little ballerina on tiptoe,balancing a basketball on her fingertip! It was the only baby gift my granddaughter-in-law cried when she opened it! She absolutely loved it!! I also bought an overnight bag ( on sale when they were moving) and my granddaughter loved it also… I got the video of her opening it ! Store is BEAUTIFUL!”

“?????? There are no adequate words to say that can describe the person who is “LONG ISLAND CLOCKS.” Doubtful encountering a “Service Entrepreneur” comparable to Andrew,in my experience, does not exist. Googled to locate “Grandfather Clock” Technician in my area. Found 4 possibilities & left messages. Only “LONG ISLAND CLOCKS” returned my call the next day. Andrew introduced himself, understood my request & made appointment for the next day. Arrived & introduced he inspected, check, adjusted & explained.Additionally, I had broken the key to wind the clock & he said he’ll repair. He then went out to retrieve a box of various keys. None worked; but he would order for me. Also said he had a customer appointment in the area this week & would leave my key. Told him thanks that would be wonderful. With my wallet in hand ... asked what I owed him ... “Nothing, I really didn’t do anything that warrants a charge.” (not acceptable for me). Regardless, the ultimate value of telling the scenario rings absolutely perfectly clear. Being respectful, kind, considerate, honest, caring, conscientious, treating others the way you would like to be treated, giving without taking & being able to do good things for others still exists if you live your life in that manor!!!”

“I !stopped by here a couple days ago and even though the mall was crazy with the holidays coming up, the girl working was nothing but nice to us and helped us find some furniture for the house we just bought. We only purchased smaller items for now but definitely will return to buy the bed that my girlfriend loved and possibly a living room set. The prices aren't bad at all, and the location is convenient to stop by while shopping at the mall. Check this place out if you haven't already!! 5 stars!!!”

“Everything was done right. We were greeted by Konrad Szymanski, never pressured, given multiple choices and went thru adjustments. Could not tell which bed was cheap or which was expensive as there were no prices anywhere. Salesman did not have "commission breath". We were completely satisfied with the store and especially our salesman. We bought our new bed and the only negative was the 6 weeks delivery time. We had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to tell you how well the bed itself is once we get it.”

Throughout our visit she answered many questions. We left knowing we would return. We did on Monday 9/11, met with Donna C. again, going over all options available to us. We made a purchase that day. Donna C. was informative and not pushy about a sale. Would recommend Bob's furniture easily. Thank you.”
