There are no adequate words to say that can describe the person who is “LONG ISLAND CLOCKS.” Doubtful encountering a “Service Entrepreneur” comparable to Andrew,in my experience, does not exist. Googled to locate “Grandfather Clock” Technician in my area. Found 4 possibilities & left messages. Only “LONG ISLAND CLOCKS” returned my call the next day. Andrew introduced himself, understood my request & made appointment for the next day. Arrived & introduced he inspected, check, adjusted & explained.Additionally, I had broken the key to wind the clock & he said he’ll repair. He then went out to retrieve a box of various keys. None worked; but he would order for me. Also said he had a customer appointment in the area this week & would leave my key. Told him thanks that would be wonderful. With my wallet in hand ... asked what I owed him ... “Nothing, I really didn’t do anything that warrants a charge.” (not acceptable for me). Regardless, the ultimate value of telling the scenario rings absolutely perfectly clear. Being respectful, kind, considerate, honest, caring, conscientious, treating others the way you would like to be treated, giving without taking & being able to do good things for others still exists if you live your life in that manor!!!”

“Went here to get an area rug, unfortunately I didn't see any I was partial to. I did buy a couple pairs of jeans, hoodie, and a work jacket. Great prices nice clothes and other stuff. The checkout line was a tad long but not unreasonable for a Friday. Definitely go back again.”

“I !stopped by here a couple days ago and even though the mall was crazy with the holidays coming up, the girl working was nothing but nice to us and helped us find some furniture for the house we just bought. We only purchased smaller items for now but definitely will return to buy the bed that my girlfriend loved and possibly a living room set. The prices aren't bad at all, and the location is convenient to stop by while shopping at the mall. Check this place out if you haven't already!! 5 stars!!!”

“Everything was done right. We were greeted by Konrad Szymanski, never pressured, given multiple choices and went thru adjustments. Could not tell which bed was cheap or which was expensive as there were no prices anywhere. Salesman did not have "commission breath". We were completely satisfied with the store and especially our salesman. We bought our new bed and the only negative was the 6 weeks delivery time. We had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to tell you how well the bed itself is once we get it.”

“Was greeted by Justine and then Donna on Tuesday 9/5. Donna then assisted us with explanations of how to find information on the furniture in the store. Throughout our visit she answered many questions. We left knowing we would return. We did on Monday 9/11, met with Donna C. again, going over all options available to us. We made a purchase that day. Donna C. was informative and not pushy about a sale. Would recommend Bob's furniture easily. Thank you.”
