“The man that helped me today was so pleasant and speedy! He told me it would take 30-35 minutes and that I could walk around the shoppes while my bracelet clasp was being fixed. I took a couple laps around the jewelers store and in half the time my bracelet was fixed. He buffed it as well, and I didn’t even ask for that. It was wonderful! “Purchased an engagement ring from this locally owned store after being advised from a family friend.Guys, listen up, I am not a big fan of the wedding industry. I think there are certain players who take advantage of couples looking to make "the wedding of your dreams" - i.e. spend the most amount of money possible.Despite my reluctance to make such a large purchase for a rock held by a piece of metal, I am now very pleased with the outcome of the custom made engagement ring used to court my now fiance. Here is why:1) The owner is legit. He is a certified gemologist, with lots of experience in all sorts of jewelry. Any question you have he can answer. PLUS this is a small business.2) Professionalism. I felt no pressure to make a big purchase. They were there to make suggestions to fit my needs.3) Fair prices. After I was quoted for what diamond I wanted, I spent a fair bit of research trying to beat the price. At the end of it, I was happy to know I wasn't even close to being ripped off, possibly even saving money. They will give you an honest and fair price.4) Wide selection and multiple companies' designs. I know nothing about women's style, let alone ring types and such. What I do know is they had plenty of styles and ring mount types for whatever your girlfriend might want (or whatever you can afford).”

“I stopped into Jeffery’s today on my way home from the office because it was a rough day and i needed a break before coming home and signing back on. I met Brandy upon entering she was so personable. I had brought in my a couple of my parents rings that i have held onto for years along w/ misc gold items.
Brandy and I continued to chit-chat while she looked at and tested my pieces. I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Jeffery. Let me tell you both are authentically good and caring people that you don’t meet these days!!
One thing we talked about is when people bring items in and tgey really aren’t worth anything and the customer doesn’t want them they will put them aside and as they encounter people who need a lift in their day or a child who may like they give them away. That melted my heart!
My experience today will forever change my go to jeweler whether it be repairs, rhodium dips or new purchases. I just had a custom diamond necklace made out of my old engagement ring and so wish I could go back in time to have Jeffery do it. The custom jewelry I saw today was beautiful. And by the way I think Jeffery gave me a good price on the gold I sold.”
