I called ahead and told them my issue, and they said come on by even though they were extremely busy. They fit us in and balanced the wheels, and we were back on the road in well under an hour. (If you ever had this happen you know it's a big deal) Well these guys are super awesome. Got me all fixed up like new. Can't say enough about how great this shop is.”

“My wife and I were in the area from Tennessee on a much needed vacation. We were staying at a nearby campground. While there it occurred to me that I may have topped of the transmission fluid in my F-350 with the wrong type. I really wanted to get it out of there so I Googled local shops with a good rating. LN Automotive came up so I just drove there and explained my situation to who I believe to be the owner. He was very accommodating and got me right in to perform a complete transmission fluid change out. Everything went well for the rest of our time there until we left to head to Burke’s Garden, Va. We got about 2 miles from the campground and one of the rubber transmission lines popped of which was no fault of the shop. I lost about 10 quarts of transmission fluid. To cut out more details…I was able to get my truck and camper to LN. I believe he saw my dire situation so he got me right in, put new transmission cooler hoses on and filled the transmission back up with fluid. I paid him and we were on our way. Everyone at the shop was very hospitable. I really appreciated them for helping me out and not overcharging. I highly recommend LN Automotive in Newville, Pa.!”
“I went here for back brakes because a different car shop said they would have to be replaced, but when I went here they said my back brakes were fine and had a lot of life left so I think the last shop was trying to get money out of me so they ended up saving me $500 here! I also really like that they do actual pictures on your print out so you can see they aren’t trying to swindle you like a lot of shops do!”
