“I always forget to leave a review, because you only go to animal hospitals for scary reasons and the thought leaves my mind. I cannot recommend this facility and it's staff enough. Easily the best animal hospital within the NEPA region. I wish they could open a sister location with how much they support our community. Straightforward care, straightforward about costs and risks, and kind every time as long as you can be kind in return.”

“We arrived home late on a Saturday night to find that our German Shepherd ate about a pound and a half of grapes! I took him to Northeast Veterinary Referral Hospital and the staff was great, he loved everyone there. He was able to come home two days later but I think was disappointed that he couldn’t hang out with the staff any longer! I do wish that I did not have to call the ASPCA poison line 1st, they charged me $110 to tell me that, yes, a pound and a half of grapes was way too much for a German Shepherd to eat but, it was the process all of the hospitals I contacted required.”

“I had to get my rabbit in for an emergency visit today because I was worried about his front paw being broken and they were so caring and wonderful. They got me right in no questions asked took wonderful care of my rabbit x-rays bandaged him and gave him a shot highly recommend this doctor and staff and his daughter was wonderful with communication via email going to use them for boarding in the future since they do board pets very reasonable prices thank you again. LOVE MAN 🐇”

“Excellent vet only thing is he's expensive but they all are. Only downside is the wait time and the fact that he's booked up a lot. But he does know what he's doing so does his daughter's. Also he wants you to purchase through them not chewy so he won't write scripts for them you have to purchase flea meds, foods etc through the office so it's usually more expensive....that part sucks but he is a great vet like most if you want good expect to pay more...”

“I actually had a long term Vet before I came here, the woman answering phones at Kutish was rude and basically blew me and my cat Gypsy off, told me to go to the ER vet, then hung up on me! I found out from 10+ other people that they experienced the very same thing, as all animal lovers know that have had to go to an ER Vet; it's VERY expensive. I'm single with no help and I'm far from rich, if it came to that I would have but thankfully I called MT Top animal hospital and within the hour I had Gypsy looked at and he was fine a few days later after observation and a steroid shot. The lack of care for an innocent animal from the other vets office was sad, disturbing and disgusting. Thank you SO much Dr Werger, you will now be seeing my Gypsy and Vladimir for future visits. We are fuurrrever grateful. :)”

“Very reasonably priced. Was a bit worried about the dog I walk for an 83 year old lady. Actually thought he was dead when I went to help her to the vet's. He hadn't eaten, gone to the bathroom for 2 or 3 days. Although the gums had good color, he could barely move. After an injection for a fever, later that evening, he came out for the owner, wanting to eat. Whew. Thank God! Came to walk him the following week - you'd never know anything happened. He was walking fine, we went around the block like it was nothing. Even wanted to mix it up with the dog walking across the street - lol. Glad you're feeling better Bud!”

“I was bringing my dog in because she had been ill, not interested in getting off the sofa to eat, drink, or for her much loved walks. She was a large breed and we were accommodated and treated with care and respect. Dr Hannah and 2 wonderful techs afforded us time to discuss this final process. I wasn't 100% sure I was making the right decision. Dr Hannah upon assessment noted my big girl had a fever and seeing how upset and indecisive I was suggested we test and treat for most basic and obvious infections, such as Lymes. We made a joint decision to give my weak girl some IV fluids, antibiotics, pain meds and an appetite enhancing med and continue this treatment for a few days. If there was no improve we would proceed with my initial plan. There was a slight improvement but only for one day. We gave her a fighting chance and removed the guilt I was feeling without at least trying something. I'm so grateful for the time, respect and compassion that was afforded both for me and my big big good girl. Letting her pass was much more peaceful for us both. Dr Hannah and her team provided us so much care and time and charged us such a reasonable fee for above and beyond time and care. As I know my girl is galloping across the rainbow bridge pain free. I am so thankful and grateful that I trusted Dr Hannah. I am at peace.”

“My cat had a UTI, needed to be seen by a vet ASAP, and my regular clinic was not able to accommodate us. I called multiple clinics in the area, trying to avoid the cost of an emergency vet visit and travel, and Kingston Veterinary Clinic was the only place willing to squeeze us in (an hour before close too)! Upon arrival, they were extremely kind and worked quickly to get my cat the care she needed. The staff was so friendly and clear in their directions for her care, even in their directions for how to get to the clinic. I wish I wasn't moving away from the area, because I would love to continue her care here!”

The problem was that I had to pay for follow-up vaccine at ala carte price. The follow-up should have been included with the original package since there was no prior notice of separate charge”
