“I gave 5 stars and I feel the need to explain why it's all 5...the reason is because you have a wonderful assistant manager, Tiffany. Of course I enjoy the store and bargains but I become a regular somewhere when it has people that make my experience more enjoyable rather than someone who's just shirt that works there basically. Tiffany is literally a great face for ur store and I know I'm not the only customer who'd say that. I'm in customer service so I appreciate when someone makes me feel at home and taken care of”
“I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.”
“I only needed a couple items, they were extremely busy...and they only had 2 registers open, however the cashiers worked their fingers to the bone with a smile on their faces and they were pleasant and all the customers were pleasant as well we didn't mind waiting.”

“Awesome store kept clean but I hope they do keep their toy isle more nice organized with put their clearance items on a nice shelf but Jocelyn always makes me feel happy and comfortable with very friendly helpful and she always makes my heart feel incredible with I do plan onto doing a painting design of her favorite thing for her from me as a good customer”
“I can never walk in and just buy the one or two things I came in for. I end up buying a ton of stuff, lol. Stores are always clean, and there is never stock on the floor. Employees are always friendly and fast.”
“I just had to post about my last visit.
Nothing bad, a normal visit but we were at the register and my wife asked if chimes were included in the sale since they were with all the outdoor items that were on sale. The guy said it should have a sign posted, it didn't but he went back and checked anyway. He came back with a chime, rang it up and it was on sale. The wife wanted a different chime, so we got out of line and went looking.
We came back and now there was a line, there wasn't before.
Anyway, after a bit the guy up front went to another register and started ringing up people on the other register. I think the customer had a issue with finding a coupon or something ? so he moved over to keep things moving. ??
That was when we both noticed we hadn't seen any other employees while we there.
Once we got to the register, my wife asked if their was anyone else working? He said it was just him and the manager. On a Saturday.
Anyway I just wanted to recognize the young man for his diligence in the situation.
People always want to post negative things. He was very kind and helpful to all the customers. Most situations like that, you will have a cashier not as friendly or as helpful as my guy was, and maybe even with a little attitude.

“This store has alot of good items. If your looking for a book cheap, they may have it . Tons of books to chose from. I tend to stay away from the hair, body and face products, that's just my choice.”

But, I looked at the reviews for this particular location to make sure I'd be going to one that is usually well stocked (it was for the most part), but the reviews about the cashiers were kinda horrendous. I got here, and of course, so close to Christmas, stock was low and it was busy, but the cashiers...we're SO LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND POLITE. I didn't get their names, but it was the folks with alt-style (like myself), and they had positive attitudes when really, for $12/hr in this economy, all I'd muster is a 'Howyadoin,' but they chatted customers up and were just so pleasant. Idk, I just felt like they should get a shout out for probably just being their typical sweet selves. Which is honestly rare out here these days. It was nice to see folks of different kinds treating each other well and with the regular respect we all deserve. And, that's my Dollar Tree on Banksville review!”

“I always make a point of shopping at this store, even though I have a store closer to my residence. It is always so well stocked and products are exceptionally well organized on the shelves. Two thumbs up.”

“Not sure if it was due to the upcoming holiday but a lot of items I was looking for were not in stock and the conditions of the score could be a little bit better with a little bit of extra time spent cleaning and making it look more presentable.”
“Me and my friend came to this dollar tree to buy some silly spring and we bought some. We bought 15 silly strings and we were six cents short in a very kind worker gave us the six cents. I forget her name but just to make sure I request every single worker at this dollar tree gets a 50% raise thank you”
“I enjoy going to this store during the day when the employees are nicer. It only gets 4 stars because During the evenings, there’s a cashier named holly who has dark hair and glasses who stands up front and gives everyone dirty looks or gives people a hard time when she’s ringing people out. Save yourself and go to the self checkout so it won’t be an inconvenience for any worker there. It’s a hit or a miss with employees there, but the misery level needs to be separated from the work life. I like the prices for stuff there otherwise.”
“Every time I come to this dollar general I'm in heaven lol because there's so much more stuff to look at and buy than the other dollar general's in the area it seems like it is the biggest and the staff members seem to know how to order things so that it seems like they don't ever run out of something and 9 time's out of 10 if something isn't on the shelf then sometimes they have extra items in the back I also like this store better because everyone that works there seems so friendly and is always willing to help out a customer without any attitude or sly remarks under there breath and they don't have a mean mug on there faces lol like the other dollar general's around here”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”
