They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. “This review is long overdue - I have been coming to EEVMC for 4.5 years now, first with my sweet elderly shih tzu. Dr. Cramer and Sydney took the very best care of her, especially in her last weeks of life. I decided to put her to sleep at the vet and it was the most peaceful and compassionate experience that I could have asked for. “I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and they turned my dog away. They could of made an exception, but they didn't. This was my fault that I was late, but still very disappointing. I have decided to pay double the price and go somewhere that they understand when you are running late, and their customer service is a little more friendly. If you are going to do business with this place, make sure that you are running a tight ship, because they stick to their rules. The 5 star review is so that this gets read, and people don't take time off of work for nothing.”

“I took my cat, Chip, in for his annual exam at the Cat Clinic to get his shots. The staff at the Cat Clinic were great. They were gentle and sweet with Chip. They completed his exam efficiently and we were back home within a half hour. The office was clean and welcoming. It’s always hard finding a new vet but we couldn’t be happier with the Cat Clinic.”

And recently we had to have a small cyst removed from our German Short Haired Pointers throat. It was as smooth and simple of a process as can be for a large, high energy dog, having a small surgery in a bad location.”

“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”

“I had to bring in my dog last minute because my regular vet was closed. I called around 2pm and they were able to squeeze me in at 4pm. I was a bit nervous because my dog tends to be anxious at our regular vet. The front desk worker/tech was a younger guy and was absolutely AMAZING with my dog. I wish I would’ve caught his name. He played with my dog, gave him a few treats and made my dog feel comfortable. The result was my pup being really comfortable in this new environment! The doctor was very polite and professional and handled our case appropriately. He was very thorough in asking questions about my dog’s current illness. For 2 medications, 3 injections an exam and a pannel, our total was only $255. Thank you so much for your service! My furry feiend and I appreciate you!”

This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients. After coming from a bad experience at the Banfield in Robinson, we were hesitant to continue care but everyone on this staff has been amazing. Especially Katherine, who was so patient and kind to our more reactive dog.My only complaint is that it seems Banfield is trying to transition to drop off appointments which I’m not a fan of. However whenever I say no, they find me an appointment I can be present for!”
