“Brandywine tries there best to keep everyone happy. No real issues. and i lived here at oak Hill apartments for 20+ years . Except rent is high..... anyone reading this pray that rent gets lowered eventually for me And our neighbors. But other than that I love my home ♥️. And Brandywine ♥️♥️♥️♥️

“Lived here for two years now and this is my first place after moving from my parents house. I absolutely love it. Also being a minority I don’t feel any weirdness or odd feeling i’m very at peace and feel super safe. They haven’t raised rent on me yet despite the whole inflation nonsense going on and anytime I need maintenance which is hardly ever they are very responsive and helpful. The front desk ladies are super sweet and literally made everything so smooth and easy to understand. Neighbors are sweet and community is quiet . Management doesn’t hover and the only thing I would change is if for them to adapt an online system for paying. I use Bill Pay through my bank to make it easier on me so I don’t have to drop a physical check off every month. Otherwise,to me, I highly recommend.”
