“Everything is still pretty expensive here even though it is marked down. You really have to hunt for good deals. The place is very large and mostly clothes. I visited in April and they have lots of swim suits but a better variety of men’s than woman’s. I did get a good deal on a pickleball racquet. I got a $50 racquet for $20 which was awesome. Bathrooms were very clean and employees were nice and helpful.”

“I was wondering how old does an autograph have to be to be considered vintage i saw the response from 2 months ago about you guys buying memorabilia so was curious. Would come with matching COA from a major authenticator like PSA, beckett, or JSA. I have alot of autographed memorabilia all certified authentic from different sports, such as Dante hall jerseys and football, lesean Mccoy, Bill "mad dog" Madlock & a few pens jerseys, since we're in pittsburgh and alot more. I'm looking to downsize my collection as I rotate the man cave out depending on the season. The autographs are in great shape (never exposed to direct sunlight and in non humid places).”

“Dunhams gets 5 stars simply for having a broad selection of sporting goods available to purchase. I had gone to Dick's next door to pick up an extra PFD before I went to go paddle on the river that is literally next door to this plaza. Dicks did not have ANY water sports equipment or supplies. Absurd. Dunhams was well stocked with what I needed, and presumably a good selection for what others could possibly want. I will absolutely be back here before I go back to Golf Galaxy 2.0.”
“I came in on Black Friday for a new pair of skates and was met by Nate. I can be really picky and annoying when making new purchases, but Nate never made me feel rushed or uneasy about it.
Picked up these CCM tacks XF pros and wanted them converted to inline skates. I wanted the kryptonium chassis, but it wasn’t in stock at this location. Nate made a quick phone call and got one in next day. I had the skates put together for me within 3 days and they did a phenomenal job.
If you’re looking for ice to inline conversion, this is the place to come.”

We ran into an issue picking up our smoker because it didn’t fit in our car, but Cody went above and beyond to help us out. He kindly allowed us to return the item and set it aside on layaway so we could come back and pick it up the next day. Really appreciated his understanding and willingness to help great experience overall!”

It is always nice when you go into a store and find employees who want to help but are not stalking you in the store. the selection here was great and they even had a cool hat carrier for when you're traveling to keep your hat safe. Sign up for the rewards program it is definitely worth it if you buy a lot of hats.”
“I just purchased two pair of sneakers from this location and I have nothing but good things to say about the people working there. I dealt mainly with Destiny and I believe she is the manager. She could not have been more helpful or nicer. Everyone that I spoke with at this location was very helpful and went out of the road for me.
. I had to order both pairs of shoes because they didn't have my size in stock. One of the pairs was wrong but there was no problem for them to reorder the correct pair.
I just want to say thank you to Destiny and the rest of the crew. This place has not forgotten what customer service is. Needless to say I was very impressed.”

“The Edgewood Town Center store is top notch in terms of service. Friendly employees. & The Manager Tanae is exceptionally helpful. She deserves all this praise & more.All the other Employees are great as well.As long as this keeps up , Hibbets has & will remain my go to store for all footwear needs & more.My only complaint is not with store , but how many times when i win Raffle that i have to go out of state to pick-up.As a Business Owner myself I always consider my customers travel time , & cost of it.( family has been in Oriental Carpet Business for 134 years (1890-present.)& As a VIP customer whom always confirms & picks up by noon. “I've been to dozens of Dick's stores or affiliate stores and this one might be my favorite. A family member is employed by Dick's and over the years, I've never really bought much from any store, admittedly, I'm not big on shopping & generally do not enjoy it but this time, I might've gone on a shopping spree ? not only were associates helpful and friendly, I just enjoyed the entire experience. I'm agoraphobic, on the spectrum and usually get stressed by the lights, sounds, clutter. The layout of this store felt lighter if that makes any sense. You can get a good visual from many feet away and appreciate the styles from almost any vantage point. Even the dressing rooms weren't depressing ? though I did wish they had hooks for purses and jackets, etc. Anyway, I spent more time at this store than I have at any other Dick's and by far, a ton more money than I ever have. I would definitely go back. Great staff, knowledgeable folk and our cashier was excellent as well.”
