“During high school and college I worked at "cheap" Champs at Century III mall (RIP). Going going gone takes me back to those days. While not everything is a deal, if you shop around and shop the sales you can get a killer deal. We don't live too far so stop in frequently to check out deals. We often buy a lot to stash for family and friends birthdays and holidays at a bargain. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and the manager is a delight. It is sort of a game to find the best deals and they can definitely be found especially during some of their advertised and not advertised deals. Lots of name brand stuff including Patagonia, Sorel, Cotopaxi, Nike, Brooks and many more that we have snagged deals on. Happy to have this option close by and brings me back to my high school and college days. You definitely do have to shop the desks as not everything is always a good price but it is definitely unbeatable during the right sales.”

But excellent service a lady by the name Laura she helped me out in trying to find shoes that are in my size which was very hard to find in any other retailers and at this location. It is always nice when you go into a store and find employees who want to help but are not stalking you in the store. the selection here was great and they even had a cool hat carrier for when you're traveling to keep your hat safe. Sign up for the rewards program it is definitely worth it if you buy a lot of hats.”

“The Edgewood Town Center store is top notch in terms of service. Friendly employees. & The Manager Tanae is exceptionally helpful. She deserves all this praise & more.All the other Employees are great as well.As long as this keeps up , Hibbets has & will remain my go to store for all footwear needs & more.My only complaint is not with store , but how many times when i win Raffle that i have to go out of state to pick-up.As a Business Owner myself I always consider my customers travel time , & cost of it.( family has been in Oriental Carpet Business for 134 years (1890-present.)& As a VIP customer whom always confirms & picks up by noon. “I went to 4 of the 5 Pittsburgh stores. The Robinson mall one, the Edgewood Plaza one, the Wharton Street one and the Highland Penn Avenue location. I can say that I had a very good experience at all of them. The Wharton Street location was exceptional and the customer service was great.”
“This is my last-minute-in-a-rush hair store and they always come through! Large selection of wigs, 3-piece sets, crochet hair, and hair products. And it's all reasonably priced especially in comparison to other stores around the city. Their 3-piece sets are as low as $9.99. Bags of hair are as low as $1.99. The location isn't the best, but I quickly get over it each time I come here. There is a $10 minimum to use your debit card.”
“This (location) feels like more of a clothing store than a sporting goods store. There is plenty of "fan gear" for the local pro (college, too, I think) teams as well as general athletic-ish clothing which occupies most of the floor space in this large one-story retail store. There is also sports gear around the perimeter. But, even though this is usually our first stop when shopping in-person for sports equipment, we very rarely find what we need here. The selection is just too limited when looking for a specific piece of gear. You can usually find a coupon for a dollar amount or percentage off your purchase to print and take with youor show on your phone. This store is in the Monroeville Mall, but has its own dedicated exterior entrance, and there is always plenty of parking available.”
“They have a big selection of quality women's hiking shoes and hiking boots. But some of their womens hiking boots were actually in the beginning of the men's section. I found this by accident but I'm glad I did because that's where I found a great pair of Colombian waterproof hiking boots . Staff was helpful and pleasant and all masked up. A few customers without masks. It appears they don't enforce in the store. But the store is huge so did not need to be around people who don't want to honor that request.”
