“I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted. I had the opportunity to visit the TruMark Financial Credit Union located in Upper Darby on State Road recently to handle a personal banking matter. Associate Branch Manager, Manuel Rivera was very professional, attentive and exuded much patient in hearing me out and offering a very effective solution. I walked away as a very satisfied customer and truly recommend TFCU to others.”
“I just took off one star because of a recent visit where I had an appointment for the free notary services. As members, my daughter and I have always used this service with no problems; however, when we arrived for the appointment to simply have my daughter's signature witnessed and notarized to get a copy of her father's death certificate, we were told that they no longer notarize anything other than bank-related/financial items. The person was kind enough to direct us to the nearest auto tag place to find a notary; but nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed.”
“I have been banking with this Credit Union my wife and I for many many years. They are absolutely the best of the best. I have my direct deposits, our home equity line and other accounts with them. Their associates go above the beyond the call of duty to take care of you and your finances. I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated group of employees as of these folks at Navy Federal Credit Union here in Horsham, PA. If you are an active duty member of any of the Armed Forces or a retiree or dependent of I strongly suggest you checking out this financial institution. They have the best interest rates on loans, savings, credit cards and everything else! My wife and I would not bank anywhere else in the world other than Navy Federal. They have the best fraud department in the world as well, they are always watching over your everyday transactions, and believe me that is peace of mind. You can talk to a live person 24/7 365 days a year. If you meet the above qualifications for membership and are not a member of, I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.”

“I've been a member of this credit union for 20 years and it's because the customer service is amazing!! You can call and talk to an actual person who really knows the answers to your questions. I moved out of the area but can use shared branches close to home for everything. Fraud problems? Nope! They contact you with any unusual activity right away. I had a mortgage through them and NEVER had a problem. The app allows remote check deposit and secure text messaging which are responded to right away. I recently went to the Blue Bell branch and Shane was such a pro for both of the big transactions I had that day. In person, over the phone, or by secure text on the app, their customer service is unmatched. If you want the best customer service, this should be your credit union!!!”

“Team at Horsham are very helpful, friendly and professional. Convenient location for in and out, though there is not a drive through. Automatic coin counter has no service fee for members. The covered ATM is available up front, which is also need service fee for members. Intrest rates, loan rates, and sevice fees are very competitive, better than most banks. My only issue is with the functionality of trumarks website, which has been an on going.”
“I have been banking with TruMark for almost 10 years but my grandfather joined when it was first founded by Bell Telephone members when he worked for them and it has taken me this long to finally write a review and for that I am sorry. TruMark and their employees are amazing and kind. Every time I have had an issue whether it is withdrawals, stolen cards, loans, and even general questions they have gone above and beyond to provide great service. I finally wrote this review because recently I was scammed by a clothing company and never received product and finally reached out to TruMark for help. Although I do not know which location she is at I hope she sees this, Suzy (hopefully it’s spelled right) worked with me over the phone twice and once while I was away on vacation to help me through the process of filing a dispute and making sure I did what I needed to on my end to ensure they had all the info they needed. Thanks to TruMark and Suzy they fought for me and I did receive all my money back when I’ve spoken to others who did not. That is why I will always trust in and continue banking with TruMark! Thank you Suzy! I will be following up with a phone call at lunch time to thank her personally!”

“I went AHC to acquire a auto loan and my experience was amazing. Aleya Tucker assisted me, she was very pleasant, full of information and I feel like I've I've know her all my life. “Showed up at 1:09 teller was walking last person out and they let me in. The bank closed 10 minutes prior to that but the went out of their way to help me out! It was so great they took the time to do that for me what a great local bank. That's what you get for a local bank. Nice location off park drive 363 north. Plenty of parking around the bank. 24 hour outside ATM.”
