“My husband and I are very pleased with how our closet looks. Shelley was professional, punctual, and created a beautiful design for our primary closet. We had to tweak a few things that weren’t working after putting our clothes back in our closet. Shelley was right on it and had someone out to fix it the very next week. It's nice to keep the resource of having a neighborhood hardware in business so I check here before go to a big store or the internet. Plus they actually have people to help you and they pretty much have everything and at comprable prices. Once they (like 3 different staff discussed the situation) to help us find the right wrech for my son's bike when we had no idea which one we needed.”

“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”

“Mr Amiram was so helpful. He spent at least 15 minutes finding items for my project The contractor sent me there to pick up several things that I had no idea what I was searching for. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Also, the worker in the parking lot was kind and friendly, don't know name. Overall, my visit was a positive one and I have told my experience to my friends. “We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.”
“Just want to thank Gerry (or Jerry) from the lawn & garden shop for helping my son & husband with a battery jump when my son’s pickup wouldn't start. Jerry was just finished work and gladly stopped to help my guys out. We really appreciate his kindness and want Lowes to know what a kind employee they have.”

“Normally things are great when I come here. Unfortunately today wasn't one of those days. An item I was looking for said it was plenty in stock yet there weren't any to be found and even with assistance from the manager the item couldn't be found. Overall staff did their best but after about 45 minutes of searching I gave up.”

“Originally we went to Home Depot to get a paint sample from our wall matched. The Home Depot paint person told us it would be too complicated and to go pick out an existing color. Left and went to Lowe’s. Young at the paint department was SO helpful with matching our chip and helping to redirect us to samples so we could try out a few more shades. We’re repainting our entire house so once we swatch the color, we will come back here for all the paint + all of our houses supplies in the future because of our experience with Young.”
