“Above and beyond is how I would describe my experience today. I brought in a drawer from a dresser that needed all new screws for knobs I was trying to replace . Not only did the two employees figure out which screws I needed, they actually attached the knobs onto the drawer! They then offered to fix the other three drawers that were still in my car! I have never experienced this type of customer service ever! They were the nicest, most helpful guys. They made my day and restored my faith in humanity.”

“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”

“I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”

She provided me with step by steps on what to do and even went all out with printing out how much fuel stabilizer is needed for the model of snow blower I have. “I love the quality of their merchandise it's couple steps up compared to Home Depot cleaner store and the prices are fair the only thing I have a problem with is the lack of knowledge with the employees and The Limited help when you try to find someone to help you he seems to be like that every place I walk in that's why I gave it four star. Was Justin Lowe's Township Line Road first time someone ever blew me off instead of helping me this is not my area what is that supposed to mean? Another thing look at these pictures who's going to buy this drywall that's sitting in the rain at Lowe's I won't”
