They do a good job at fitting around your schedule even when they have a lot of cars to take care of. Rafael helped me out today and got my car in and out and on the road again. “I am extremely grateful for this superb automotive repair business. My starter went out on the holiday weekend, in the parking lot of Redner’s Market. I was a bit frustrated and anxious. I looked this business up online, read the reviews, and then I called and spoke to the owner via phone to see if his business would be able to do the repair I needed right away. The owner was kind, and professional. My car was towed to this business and two and a half hours later my car was back up and running with my new starter!This business was kind, professional, and so efficient. “After a very disappointing (aka outrageous) quote from my VW dealership, I took my car to Bram at PA Tire & Auto in Ardmore. It was an excellent decision because I was treated kindly, fairly, and communicated with about all decisions. They were able to take my car in and turn it back over to me extremely fast. My neighbor who is a car mechanic later shared that they do great work and treat people fairly which was very reassuring. It's obvious that not only do they do great work, but they are not in the business of taking advantage of their customers.
