“Looking to simply return a holiday gift, we entered one of our favorite fashion retail stores. As connoisseurs of Chico's, we were pleasantly surprised to be personally and genuinely greeted by Ann-Marie (who we later realized was the store manager). The fashionable style and setting of the store (and personal service) reminded me of the good ole days when personal shopping and excellent service were implemented into the brand. We left the store very pleased with fashion items and accessories we both needed for work, leisure, and vacation in 2023, as well as holiday gifts for ourselves. Yes, I would definitely return to the Plymouth Meeting store since the customer service far surpassed that of the King of Prussia, PA mall and even the Colonnade on 5th store in Naples, FL. The manager, Ann-Marie is to be commended for making my first visit to store #353 memorable and rewarding, and for remaining so humble in her capacity. “This Old Navy has many clothes available with a variety of good prices . A lot of good collection of kids to adults . This is one of the store in very safe neighborhoods in Montgomery county .

“The Off5th location in Plymouth Meeting is great!! The sales team is so welcoming and service-forward. You never really know who the manager is because they all are super professional and down to earth. i usually go to off5th to look for Effy jewelry which is my fav. There is often a designer jewelry sale of some sort which is a great opportunity to find beautiful pieces less expensive that even on the Saks website.

In particular Jess (who I believe is a
manager ) is spectacular. So patient and makes the shopping experience interactive. I never apply for store cards but Jess convinced me and I was able to put my purchase on my new Saks Card. Jess remembered what my fav pieces were from that last time I was in and I was able to snag a couple additional pieces on top of the one I had been lusting over.
