“I was visiting from Nebraska and PFB came recommended by a coffee shop down the road. It was the best detour to my plans in Philly! Crystal changed my whole relationship with clothing and helped me find my personality in what I wear. She was pulling stuff left and right to bring an outfit alive and that complimented my body. I left feeling so empowered. She is so sweet, bubbly, and the best hype friend! It’s been a year since I’ve been to Philly and I’m still shopping from PFB across the nation because her inventory is unique and so was my shopping experience. Would highly recommend stopping by this shop if you struggle with finding ways to express yourself in clothes, are trying to find what works for you in a new season, need help being styled for a big event or if you just want a bestie with knowledge and good vibes while you shop!”

“Stumbled into m concept Shop on a trip to Philly and it was by far one of the brighter spots in the trip. I had the chance to browse the racks with no one else in the shop besides Jared who was working. I felt like I was browsing the racks of a walk-in closet of my dreams. The designs, fabrics and silhouettes were like nothing I’d ever seen in a shop (& I’ve been to a lot). When I went to try on some pieces and came out to look in the mirror, Ethan (the owner) & some of their longtime friends and fans of the shop had come in. I felt like I was doing a fashion show with my dearest friends. Ethan is a bright and vibrant human and made me feel so so welcome. I walked away with an incredible green dress & blue ombré pants along with the most unique sunglasses! Instantly starred the shop when I left on my Google Maps and can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town!”

“Approximately two years ago I had to pure privilege to shop at the Ashley Steward store at Broad and Glenwood in Philadelphia, where I encountered two of the most Professional, Personable, and Extremely Helpful store Associates!! There names are Ericka and Keesa!! I took the time on 12/9/2024 and sent Ashley Steward a email about my Amazing shopping experience because of these two employees!! I'm very disheartened to find out these employees didn't receive and acknowledgement from the company nor did I receive any feedback. Keesa and Ericka are still providing the same Phenomenal customer service and deserve to be Acknowledged!! Please find my original email attached!!”

She makes you feel at home and actually cares about the people coming into her door. I am always worried about getting things tailored especially due to my height and measurements, but she absolutely nailed it and I felt so confident in the dress. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
